Hotel is in a very good location on the edge of the Museum Quarter and within an easy walk (10-15 mins) of central Vienna. Sits on a fairly busy road junction but we could only hear the occasional rumble of a tram passing by from our room. Airport transfer was 50 Euros. Although looking nothing special from the outside it is very elegant once through the door into the small reception area (see video on their website). Receptionists were very welcoming and friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Always with a smile. Concierges were always readily available to assist with anything from luggage to directions and advice. When we had to explain that our room TV had switched itself on in the early hours this was quickly rectified and complimentary fruit and cakes delivered to our room in way of an apology. Our Junior Suite was very spacious, more like an apartment with an open living/sleeping area, separate dressing/shower room and a separate WC (with heated seat!). It was very nicely decorated/furnished with large windows overlooking the Museum Quarter (and busy road) which let in plenty of natural light. Wi-Fi signal was consistently good. The whole place was clean and tidy throughout and kept spotless. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay (we do like good food). Excellent service with top quality food and drinks, all in plentiful supply. This included various fruit juices & healthy smoothies, tea, coffee, cereals, yoghurts, breads, pastries, jams, cheeses, meats, salads (including an amazing chicken curry salad), a few hot dishes and various eggs to order (can recommend the eggs benedict). My wife also said the porridge (again made to order and with milk, water or both) was delicious! And of course the glass of fizz. It still felt like if you did want to ask for anything else (although I’m not sure what else you could want) they would be happy to provide it. Also saw the staff help when a couple turned up one morning just as breakfast finished and had been cleared away by plating up everything the couple asked for and continuing to provide for them. We would have preferred a larger public area to be able to sit and people watch but that’s just a personal preference and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to central Vienna.

We had an excellent 3 nights stay in the Sans Souci. The room was large, quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent (particularly the eggs benedict !) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was quite small and functional, but the spa facilities were very good. The location of the hotel is good, easily within walking distance of the centre of the city but also very close to a tube station: the journey to the airport is quite straightforward.

From the minute you step in the door to the time you (sadly) leave, this in one of the best hotels we have stayed during our many years of travelling. You are greeted by friendly staff with a cool wash cloth and a cold drink. After check-in you go to your fantastic room that is impeccably clean, spacious and quite. The shower is great, easily controllable lighting and good outlets for your USB. The breakfast is among the best as is the wait staff Christian and Sebastian and others. The hotel's location is next to the Museum Quarter and one to two blocks for the subway, tram (Ring Road) and buses. The although close to many things, the neighborhood quite and safe with lots of good restaurants close by. We had a late flight out, so the hotel let us use the spa to shower and change later in the day. Special thanks to Sarah and (sorry of the spelling) Melanis. They were the epitome of service. Thanks to everyone at the Sans Souci for the great stay.

Location was great- central- close to Ringerstrasse. Staff were professional, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast was delightful- freshest of ingredients offered. spa facilities were a bonus.

Stayed here for the Coldplay concert, so weren't in the room terribly long, and only two nights. However, it was clear in our brief visit that this is an excellent hotel, and even before leaving we discussed returning at Christmas time (prefer Austria in the winter to the summer). Service at the hotel is outstanding, the room we were in minimalist. The location is great, right across the street from the museum district, and less than a km from the palace district. The restaurant in the hotel is worth at least one night eating in. And the breakfast... Wow! Would return here for that alone. Highly recommended
