Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

We loved our trip to Vienna in May 2026. There is so much to enjoy, and our five days (with one evening the night before we flew home) were full of great food and more sights than we could see in a month. We enjoyed every minute. But as much as we enjoyed the city, I loved this hotel just as much, and maybe more. It is perfectly situated at the Museum Quarter. The rooms are very comfortable and the food and drinks are top-notch. But the staff makes this place an experience I will always remember. Everyone we encountered was devoted to our comfort and happiness. I would like to call out the immensely helpful David and Daniel on the front desk, and Jennifer, the lovely and wonderfully spirited hostess at the restaurant, the Veranda Brasserie. As much as any other experience we had in Vienna, they made our stay truly memorable. And I'll tell you what: I am determined to return to Vienna, and there is no place else I would stay.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our visit. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds were exceptionally cozy, allowing us to relax and get a great night's sleep. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax.. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It was an excellent dining experience that exceeded our expectations. A special thank you goes to Thomas and Lucas, who did an exceptional job throughout the evening. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to their excellent service, we were able to enjoy a truly unforgettable evening. They are a great asset to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

We stayed @ Sans Souci Wien for 3 nights in May 2026. This boutique hotel is great. Excellent staff & services. Room was very comfortable, clean and decent size. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Hotel is in a great location near the Museum Quarter and a number of good restaurants are within walking distance.

First, the location couldn’t be better … right across from the museum plaza, easy access to the convenient public transportation system and walking distance to many places. The building is lovely. Our room was well appointed, even with a Dyson hair dryer! The bed was very comfortable and they have a pillow menu. The breakfast was superior.. you can order from a menu or enjoy a full buffet. But it’s the people who put it over the top. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating in all ways.
