From the moment we walked through the door, everything was a WOW!! Sarah checked us in and was very informative. Before our stay, they helped us get tickets for the ballet that was sold out. The food is very good. We had a junior suite, and it was lovely. I didn't have time for the spa, but it looked great.

We have just returned from Vienna, celebrating a special birthday. Sans souci was an excellent choice for us. Good location as central Vienna was easily walkable and tube and trams are very nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, they went out if their way to help whenever needed. Our room was stylish and spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast choice was excellent including good choice of teas to drink. Our final morning was made special with complimentary champagne and birthday chocolate cake. We would happily return if visiting Vienna again.

I stayed at this hotel for my 30th birthday. It was my first ever holiday alone, so I was a little nervous, but I never felt anything other than completely safe here. From the moment you step through into the lobby, the decor blows you away. The reception staff were very welcoming, and showed my up to my room, letting me know how everything worked. The room was just amazing, even though I had the lowest price room. The bed is massive, there is a separate entrance way, and the bathroom is simply luxurious (everything in this hotel is). The only downside for me was that the Bluetooth in my room didn't work (they did try to fix it), but the idea of being able to listen to music in the bedroom and bathroom is awesome. There were a few little touches I really liked... the sweets in the room when I got there (I'm struggling to find anywhere that sells them in the UK!), the Molton Brown products, and the smell of the incense in the entrance way (I wish I'd asked what this was, as again I want to buy it). Breakfast was superb. There's the option to have something freshly made, in addition to the buffet. On the first morning I had a seat next to the window, it's lovely to look out onto the street. I also used the leisure facilities. It was fairly late in the day when I went, and there was only me there. It's all very nice and clean. The pool is good for doing lengths, and there's different temperatures of sauna. I just wish I had time to make use of the massage choices. Vienna itself is the most amazing city. Truly beautiful. I would highly recommend it, and if you're going then why not stay in the best hotel there is there!

My mother and I were very impressed by this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the sound-proofing was very efficient on the 3rd floor. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the main sights of Vienna. The food quality in the hotel's Veranda restaurant was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was included and we enjoyed the wide selection of food on offer. All staff in all areas of the hotel were helpful and friendly.

Had an overnight stay for my birthday. Staff were friendly and helpful. I do think however, that the staff were a little over the top in regards to showing us how EVERYTHING worked i.e. showing how to use the elevator/lift with the room card, how to open our room door with our room card, how to turn on the TV, showing us the closet. I was also disappointed that our room had twin beds initially but was rectified later by housekeeping and put together as 1 bed. The room also had this worn and faded rug which did not go well with the decor of the room. Which I was surprised considering that the room description on the website sounded so posh and elegant. Breakfast was good. Croissants were amazing.
