Wonderful hotel with boutique feel. Great location in the museum district, everything walkable. Lovely light room (superior double) The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast and good food in the restaurant although this was in the bar as the main restaurant is closed until May 2024 for refurbishment. No criticisms. We would definitely stay again

From the moment we walked through the door the staff could not have been more helpful. They offered us a complimentary drink, gave us great restaurant recommendations and even booked the for us. They were always prepared to go above and beyond, especially after a last minute request for my wife’s birthday! Rooms are beautiful and modern, spa facilities and gym are perfect. We will be back for certain!

I would like to praise everyone working in this hotel. The employees are welcoming and friendly, always ready for help. They have given us the real 5 star feeling. Reservation: the process was smooth. Professional booking department. Restaurant: extra high quality food,including room service too. I loved the fact we have received our room service orders within 15 mins. It is a huge pro with 2 hungry kids :) Waiters are like super hero's during breakfast. I would like to highlight the restaurant manager:) he was always helping to manage and get ready the food as per my kids requests. Rooms: simply perfect. Big and superB clean. Cleaning staff is also greeting the guests with smile. Reception: efficient. Check-in was extra fast. You'll find receptionists with strong customer focus here. Location: all the museums are in walking distance, excellent public transport links in 2 minutes from the hotel's doorstep. Look no further if you need a hotel in Wien. Excellent reception service with accompaniment and presentation of the room, very large and elegant, bright despite overlooking the internal courtyard. There was construction going on in the hotel, but the disruption was actually minimal. The food was first rate. Breakfasts were also excellent with a wide selection in addition to the bread, rolls, cold meats, cheese and fruit which was brought to the table, and of course the buffet tables. I really liked the fact that you could order coffee for free for room service. The hotel is also well located for walking into the centre of Vienna. Staff goes an extra mile and everyone is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to thank everyone for making my stay memorable.

The Sans Souci is an excellent hotel - the only thing which you can somehow criticize is the water saving shower heads which leave a feeling of "not getting wet"; the rooms are modern, clean, well planned; the hair dryer is very good; the staff is very attentive, breakfast a la carte (included) which very hight quality food; coffee room service included; a nice spa area within the city center of Vienna! major attractions are within 15mins walking distance; public transport in front of the hotel; TV offers working connection to phone
