Not great for family/ kids
Not great for family / children Door staff are great .Reception slow and miserable. I asked for information about the hotel from the male checking me in ( at 3.45pm ) and very little was given. Waited 20 mins to check out Room 123 had massive stain on bed headboard/ dirty furniture on the balcony . Smelly toilet. Kids play park has been removed / literally nothing for kids in the hole hotel. I could go on .....

Everything you want for a relaxing holiday
The hotel is perfectly located between the marina and the beach. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious with good views. The pool area is great, with plenty of space and good availability of sunbeds. Breakfasts were good, with outdoor or indoor seating, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We had a good lunch in the Oregano restaurant, and the Argo Bar is lovely for pre-dinner drinks. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect stay
Perfect stay. Super comfortable room and big comfy bed. All amenities you would want in the hotel room including fluffy gown and slippers. I would have liked a kettle but using the coffee machine worked ok. The pool area is very clean and again the service is excellent, drinks ordered at your lounger! The buffet breakfast is the best one I have experienced, they really couldn’t have added anything more! They even had gluten and lactose free options. Cocktails at Argos were delicious and again the service was top notch. I want to stay at some more Tivoli hotels if they are all like this one.

Not a 5 star or anywhere near.
This hotel is not offering a 5 star experience. More interest in conference guests Day 1 and 2 and then a poor experience in restaurant. Noisy, poor service and average food offering. The room was nice but the best parts of the trip were when we were away from the hotel. This was not one for the list of places to visit.

Fantastic Sstay
This was a trip for my BIG Birthday. We have been coming to this Hotel for 16 years. The staff are always in every area friendly and efficient, which reflects in many of the staff still there! We stayed in a Seaview room which as always was clean and adequately furnished, very comfortable bed and lovely walk in shower. We ate in oregano for lunch had drinks around the pool. We had an amazing meal for 11 of us to celebrate my Birthday in Peppers (Which i will review separately) Puro Beach restaurant is lovely with an amazing view and we had a day on Puro Beach which was a little windy but very relaxing. The Hotel really spoilt us and i am very grateful to them for making my Birthday very special. Thank you Tivoli especially to Carlos and to the Hospitality team, see you in August!
