Not a 5 star or anywhere near.
This hotel is not offering a 5 star experience. More interest in conference guests Day 1 and 2 and then a poor experience in restaurant. Noisy, poor service and average food offering. The room was nice but the best parts of the trip were when we were away from the hotel. This was not one for the list of places to visit.

Fantastic Sstay
This was a trip for my BIG Birthday. We have been coming to this Hotel for 16 years. The staff are always in every area friendly and efficient, which reflects in many of the staff still there! We stayed in a Seaview room which as always was clean and adequately furnished, very comfortable bed and lovely walk in shower. We ate in oregano for lunch had drinks around the pool. We had an amazing meal for 11 of us to celebrate my Birthday in Peppers (Which i will review separately) Puro Beach restaurant is lovely with an amazing view and we had a day on Puro Beach which was a little windy but very relaxing. The Hotel really spoilt us and i am very grateful to them for making my Birthday very special. Thank you Tivoli especially to Carlos and to the Hospitality team, see you in August!

7 day Break in Vilamoura
Excellent 7 day break. The pool area was very good and the food was always excellent. Staff were very helpful. We had a water leak in the bathroom, and the staff had us moved to a new room in about half an hour of reporting it. Overall, great service. Porter staff were the most courteous and friendly I have ever encountered.

Fantastic hotel , great staff, shame about the music!
5th visit in 2 years. Hotel itself cannot be faulted , very clean, tidy and the staff are wonderful. The menu for the pool side snacks has not changed in 5 visits and could be updated. The room service menu and food is great as is the service. Breakfast service is great with a choice of good food for eveyone. I am only taking off 1 star (again ) for the loud intrusive thump thump noise which is allegedly music from the Puraclub pool which starts every day around 3 . It seems it only attracts a very small group of 20somethings whereas the bulk of the guests seem to be 40+ and everyone I have spoken to feels the same way. If you have a premium room on the higher floors facing the sea I would expect to be able to sit on my balcony in peace but it gets worse as you go higher. The music alone is driving me to look at alternative hotels , will certainly never book a sea view room agan.

Absolutely the best! Staff - Filipe, Miguel, Victoria and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Special shout out the doormen who help me out in time of need. Very much appreciated. To the city if Vilamoura, super place to stay and visit. The food, shopping and golf options are numerous and outstanding. See you soon and Obrigado!
