We appreciated the prompt room service, the cleanliness of our suite, and the thoughtful turndown service. It’s evident that everyone takes immense pride in their work. The resort’s culinary offerings were a delightful surprise. The 2 evening dining options (les cerebes & les Navigantes) resulted in mouthwatering dishes. The chef’s creativity shone through in every meal, and we eagerly looked forward to dining at the restaurant each evening. Meliá Buenavista' staff's in attention to detail created magical moments throughout our stay. Whether it was stargazing at the sunset beach, or enjoying a spa treatment with the majestic garden views, or sipping wine on our private balcony, we felt like characters in our own fairy tale. This was our second time visiting this beautiful resort. We enjoyed our stay even more then the first visit. The returning guest dinner was a nice touch. We had the same butlers Rey and Elainey. They are amazing and so helpful with any issues. Anderson Coll and Marcos on the animation team made our stay so enjoyable. So many laughs! Lester and Yaikel and the rest of the pool bar team are wonderful and always smiling. We already miss this place but most of all miss the people that make it exceptional!

Melia Buenavista. A complete experience in the Hospitality Industry. I won't lie, there is a lack of food supply due to the complex situation that the country is going through, but the infrastructure, the initiative to prepare what little there is with new and original flavors and the customer service make the stay at the Melia Chain continue. with the same standards. My review this time will be aimed at recognizing each of those involved in ensuring that our stay is unforgettable. The time has come once again to visit my home away from home. This beautiful resort and the wonderful people who work here truly make you feel like you’re at home and work very hard to ensure you are well taken care of. My trip is booked for mid-May and can’t wait to see everyone again and participate in the activities that the superior Animation team do throughout the day and evening. The drinks and bartenders are pretty awesome as well ;) Shout out to Andrenxon, Marcos, Navy, Lester, Lily…you are all truly wonderful and look forward to seeing you all again. Keep on smiling! It was our first time at this adults only resort. The tranquility was exactly what we needed! There were 3 beautiful beaches surrounding the property. Plenty of walking to be done along the shoreline and get your vitamin D. The resort does not have buffet options on the property. This was totally fine with us. The 3 a la cart options didn’t disappoint and we were very satisfied at every meal. If you want to experience a buffet meal you may wish you visit Melia las Dunas hotel. The front desk has the posting of the shuttle bus schedule in the main lobby. We love Cuba for their amazing beaches but most importantly the Cuban people. The staff at the resort were outstanding! Special thanks to: Ray and Sergio our butlers who were fabulous. Enrique, the lifeguard at the snorkel beach loves the opportunity to bring patrons snorkelling. If you like snorkelling do bring yours along with your water shoes& flippers. Otherwise he does have some supplies you may borrow. Levan at the snorkel beach always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had the best spot on the beach for the day. Andrés, the bar tender at the quiet beach for tastiest Piña Coladas every time! Pedro at the quiet beach for the big smiles and warm welcome every time we saw him. Lester, the bar tender at the main pool bar. Such a great personality full of life, and laughter…. & serves up great drinks of course. Andrexon & Marcos; the entertainment staff, for the dance lesson at the sunset beach on our last night. Many thanks to all the wait staff at the Ranchon Playa, Los Navagantes and Los Caribe’s restaurants. Special thanks to the young tall waiter at breakfast/ lunch at Ranchon Playa who went above and beyond to make our meals perfect. Thanks for a great experience and we hope to return again.
