Spent 3 nights at An Lam retreat to relax. Cannot recommend An Lam retreat saigon river more highly if you wish to get out of the chaotic Ho Chi Minh for a few days. The retreat is approx 15 minute by speed boat up the river from ho chi minh ( free service ) or about 35 min in taxi ( 300K dong ) . Our customer service Attendant Linh was first class. Linh could do no more to ensure we had a wonderful relaxing time and organised everything we required. All service staff always had a smile on their face and were always helpful. The Breakfast is fantastic with a wide selection and the pool area set in a tropical garden providing shade. Dinner menu is extensive and reasonably priced for such a resort. Would definitely stay again.

We held a 3 day retreat at An Lam Retreat. We experienced incredible service levels from the staff , who were well trained, attentive and pleasure to work with. The food was impeccable; we had food which would be served in Michelin star restaurants with degustation menus.

Exceptional service . Tan was our personal butler. From check in to check out Tan took care of everything with a perfect smile . We had special dietary requirements. Tan made sure they were taken care of all the time , even changing the cooking class menu for us . Tan speaks perfect English and sends us information about activities and all via WhatsApp. We loved : Room is spacious , with sofa and coffee table The Quality of the Spa - I have tested many massages everywhere , I had the lymphatic one here and my daughter the back /neck/shoulder . Never had a better one . Espresso coffee in room - excellent coffee in the restaurant . Amazing breakfast - served at your table when not too many guests . I tried the fitness room - all équipements were good - 2 running mats , 2 elliptics etc … .open 24/24 , AC functioning well … no excuses :-) Variety of activities on location and from location Beautiful lounge

A real highlight of our trip to Vietnam, beautiful rooms set in jungle like resort. Spa was fantastic, really nice atmosphere and touches. Staff were excellent, not too much but really on the ball. Speed boat into town was a great way to get around, and coming back to the calm of A Lam after a hectic day in Ho Chi Minh was ideal. Will recommend to friends.

The resort is beyond beautiful with staff that attend to your needs in a way I’ve rarely experienced before. The food is delicious, the spa is excellent—you will feel pampered in every way possible. Highly recommended!!
