This was our 4th stay at the Villas. We had I204 this time around and it was just beautiful. There were two couples and the condo was perfect for this. Two King sized beds and adjoining bathrooms gave us all the privacy and freedom we needed. The condo is beautifully appointed and located for great views of the western coast of Maui. We have always loved coming to Maui and staying at the Wailea Beach Villas. The grounds are stunning and have provided us with great ideas for our landscaping back home in Southern California. They Villas are quiet, private and stunning. We will be back again. Thank you for being so consistent WBV.

We have traveled to Wailea a number of times now, but as this was our first with a baby, we wanted something with bit more spacious than one of the hotel rooms at the resorts. The 2 bedroom penthouse fit the bill perfectly. It felt so spacious, clean, & with very high quality amenities throughout. Having a kitchen alone was such an upgrade from a standard hotel room, as it allowed us to enjoy breakfast & some of our other meals in the room (saving lots of $$$ because meals in Wailea are not cheap!). The staff were all incredibly friendly - especially the guys who would set up the beach chairs & umbrellas. Parking was an absolute breeze & it was so convenient having the elevator go practically straight from our parking spot to the penthouse door! The adult pool is much nicer than the family pool, but unfortunately we were not able to use it often, as we had our baby with us. I totally understand this rule, but it also did end up becoming really inconvenient for us since we wanted to spend most of our time at the beach & it was quite a trek from there to the family pool if we wanted to take a quick dip. This would probably be my only reason for staying elsewhere (ie the Grand Wailea) on a future visit. If you're traveling without kids or with older kids who can be left alone at the family pool, then I would choose the Wailea Beach Villas hands down. Overall it was an amazing stay & I will highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Maui!

Wailea Beach Villas are absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Every single staff member was friendly and so willing to do whatever they could for us. It's in a wonderful location within a very short walking distance to beach, golf, shopping, dining. I loved it and will dream about this vacation forever.

We went in the "off season" September, which has slightly fewer visitors about 200,000 vs 250,000 at the busy season. Our penthouse was one of the least expensive. Penthouse means a few 100 feet from the ocean, and up the mountain, but we had the second of 5 floors. We still had a nice view of the ocean. We had a master bedroom about 16 by 16, nice shower and separate soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Kitchen had cherry cabinets with all the pots, pans, tools, red, white and martini glasses, two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee beans and grinder, tv in master and living room, nice balcony with gas grill. Also, washer & dryer. The staff were very helpful and drove us in a golf cart to the pool. Brought our luggage up to our room and parked our car. Pool had ice water and sunscreen and towels. The ocean is right there, Safeway about 5 miles.
