Staff were lovely on arrival and service was great the whole visit. We had an upgraded room as husband is a vip on hotels.com. Great room with large bedroom and bathroom. Hotel has a pool and sauna, but there are only 3 beds and the pool small and is freezing so you don’t stay long. You have to ask for the sauna to be put on in advance, but it was already in when we arrived. My husband and I had massages and I’d rate them in the top 5 we’ve had, really strong physiotherapist but relaxing..I loved it. Location is in the old town which I loved, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a taxi ride to the shops if you’d like. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, and only a small hall so not lots of people. I’d definitely stay here again if I wasn’t wanting a pool to relax in.

We travelled with two teenagers + two adults and this hotel provided enough space for all of us. Very good quality and still cozy. Quiet lovely location next to the old town. Next to multimedia fountain park and bus stop where you can take a short drive to metro station, Narodowy station, Vistula river with restaurant boats and local life. A couple of kilometers from the business district, also easy and walkable route. Highly recommend this hotel!

Worst hotel in years. I made the mistake and reserved the penthouse room. The room is only suitable for a canoe storage. The floors are dirty and first time ever I was wondering if the dead is a pullout sofa.

The hotel has a perfect location, just at the main square in Warsaw and very close to the fountain park. The receptionists, helped with the taxi, booking a spa service and overall very helpful. The restaurant staff was also helpful, the room service was quick, and the food was really good. However, the breakfast service needs to be improved. The food was cold, the waitresses took our plates without asking if we’d finished, and some of the yoghurts were not possible to eat( old fruits on the top).

Why would you stay anywhere else? Great location, near to where you want to be, with scores of dining options, nearby. Original and charming and comfortable furnishing. Willing, kind and efficient service.
