We were gifted a midweek package for our wedding gift. . Our room was lovely, the grounds are magnificent, and every meal was delicious. We did it all, arriving in time to take a walk around the grounds, sit by a pond and then have fabulous massages in the beautiful spa. After that, cocktails on the deck overlooking the garden and then a delicious dinner. The next day we had breakfast outside, went to the nice little gym and took a swim at the beautiful pool. It was like being a guest in a magnificent country house . On a summer Tuesday night, the place was very quiet and private feeling. The service is superb as well. If you are staying longer than a day, there are cute little towns to explore 20 minutes away. Definitely a first class country retreat

We stayed at the Mayflower Grace over Mother's Day. Everything was 5 star from our arrival to our departure. Our room was lovely...fireplace, balcony overlooking the woods...all the amenities. Spas services were wonderful, the relaxation room delightful, with a view overlooking a pond and a forested area. Our dining experiences there were also excellent; the sommelier made excellent recommendations to accompany our meal. My Mother's Day was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed being pampered and spoiled!

From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the wonderful front desk staff. Grayson, Peter and Amanda could not of been more professional and welcoming. The hotel grounds are just beautiful as was our room # 42 located conveniently next to the spa. The spa is amazing! We had massages, facials and the Hammon detoxification is an experience not to be missed! We had dinner in the main dinning room our first night, the food from the head chef Isaac and ambiance was unsurpassed. I would highly recommend the Mayflower Grace.

I just spent four days with a global senior leadership team in the most idyllic setting with generous service. The team at the Mayflower Grace help create a working environment that enabled us to focus, be creative and roll up our sleeves in the conference, whilst still feeling like our every need was taken care of. I sometimes feel buildings of great beauty come with stuffy, formal staff and expectations - this is definitely not the case at the Mayflower Grace. The suite I stayed in was exquisite. Not all the rooms have been renovated, but even the older ones have beautiful character and beds to die for. I only wish I had a few more days to relax and explore the grounds. I did manage to fit in a spa treatment, which was fabulous. The staff are highly professional and very genuine in their advice and recommendations. The hotel is definitely popular as a weekend break from New York, but I'd say a best kept secret is their ability to run meetings during the week that bring out the best in the participants. Finally the food created by Executive Chef Issac and his team was delicious. We had a variety of different themed breaks and finished with a formal dinner. It's a good job they have two gyms and fitness experts on hand to help me manage the calories. Thank you everyone at the Mayflower Grace.
