Trip of a lifetime!
My stay at the Mayflower Inn & Spa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, every detail was perfect — the atmosphere was serene, the staff was warm and attentive, and the property itself is stunning. The spa experience, cozy rooms, and thoughtful touches made it such a special getaway. It truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best retreats in Connecticut. I can’t wait to come back!

The most amazing stay ever!
I came to Washington Depot because my husband and I decided to do solo trips. We have two young kids so it’s hard to get away together. I decided to live out my Gilmore Girls dream and it was everything I dreamed of! The Mayflower was the best part. I had the BEST time the staff was amazing. I wish I would have extended my stay instead of traveling more. I went up to Salem thinking I should hit it in an October and the Mayflower wrecked all suites for me! None compare. I had my own library there- I mean it was perfect. I will be coming back for sure!!! I would HIGHLY recommend. Also if you want the Gilmore Girls experience I recommend New Milford over Washington Depot but definitely stay at the mayflower and check out Washington Depot!

Amazing Property, Amazing Pool
beautiful, best spa and pool experience, food was good but not necessarily wow'ed, property was beautiful. staff was friendly and really nice.

Lovely intimate resort
The resort is beautiful, and the team on-site did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and cared for over the course of our stay. The team at the Mayflower is absolutely wonderful, and we could not be more grateful.

“The Mayflower Inn and Spa was luxuriously kept and meticulously clean. We had an all-inclusive two night stay. The food was excellent as was our spa experience. Can't say enough nice things about the employees especially Travis and Timmy and Matt, our hiking guide. Excellent all around experience. Can't wait to return!”
