A Gem -- with an Amazing Spa -- in Litchfield County
We loved our stay at the beautiful, stylish and impeccably-cared-for Mayflower Inn & Spa. The service was exceptionally good, caring and responsive, with genuinely kind people -- the valet / bellmen, housekeeping, the spa, the front desk and the restaurants. Everyone who works there clearly cares about their guests and the Inn. Food was excellent, the pool -- and especially the spa -- a place of peacefulness, calm and serenity. Excellent fitness center with Peloton bikes, a great Technogym rower, weights and other cardio. A beautiful one mile hiking trial through the woods on the property as well. Hard to imagine a nicer weekend getaway to the countryside within a few hours of NYC.

A touch a class in the northeast
Serene, relaxing, refreshing, refined. So easy to just disconnect and lat the day flow. Picnic lunch on the lawn, chef garden dinner, cocktails in the bar, massage at the spa, strolls through the garden, hikes in the woods. Well appointed buildings. Such an amazing retreat! Thank you to the team who worked so hard so we could do so little. If you haven't been, you are missing a true gem.

What a special place in a beautiful area. Well-appointed. Delicious food (OMG the pea hummus!), Did an awesome barre class. Enjoyed the pool. We will be back! Fun property trail. Great and thoughtful service. LOVE this place.

A wonderful 24 hour getaway.
I think there could have been more variety in the firmness of the pillows. Our suite was spacious and with a wonderful View of the Propery.

Great picnic for two! It was beautifully presented.
We enjoyed a special picnic for the July 4th holiday. The care and attention to detail made our stay special. The food was excellent, and the gardens are beautiful.

“The Mayflower Inn and Spa was luxuriously kept and meticulously clean. We had an all-inclusive two night stay. The food was excellent as was our spa experience. Can't say enough nice things about the employees especially Travis and Timmy and Matt, our hiking guide. Excellent all around experience. Can't wait to return!”
