Stayed here recently to be close to Georgetown. There's not much lobby or hotel space to speak of, but what is there is nicely appointed. The room was actually two rooms--a living room area and a separate bedroom. It also had a big double sink bathroom with a huge shower--odd that the shower was so big as it had a fairly standard shower head, with not even a handheld or body jets, so you couldn't even get the water to the back part of the shower. My third floor room faced the street, so there was some street noise early in the morning, and I could hear other guests in the rooms on my floor, so it isn't one of those completely quiet places. Overall, the room was comfortable and the in room Keurig maker was nice in the morning. The workout space was ridiculously tiny, not even space for stretching or using the free weights. Fortunately, I had brought some resistance bands and used the living room space to work out. A comfortable stay.

Booked through for a weekend visit to Georgetown. Our room was on the ground floor, surrounded by public restrooms. There was a conference at the hotel so the restrooms were being used often. The front desk staff was not very helpful and could not accommodate a room change. First night was untenable. New day, new front desk staff. They understood our concerns and moved us to a larger, corner room on an upper floor. They really made up for day one. Besides that it’s a quaint and very convenient hotel. Reminiscent of the Surrey in Manhattan.

The staff was very helpful in moving us to another hotel when on the 3rd night the air conditioning went out in the entire hotel. The first room we were in was 80 degrees and the technician told us the A/C was never hooked up. They put us in another room that had A/C for one night and then the whole hotel lost air the next night. It was very warm in DC for 3 days and the rooms were hot and stuffy. The manager, Abraham was helpful in booking us into the Rosewood, one block away and worked out something with them to so that the rate was the same. Rooms at the Rosewood were quite a bit more expensive so we were pleased with the how the Graham handled it. The Graham is an old building and from the discussion with the staff, we got the feeling this happens quite often.

I spent four days at Graham hotel with my wife. We had a great experience. The hotel is in George Town near the good shopping area of Washington DC. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the service was prompt and friendly. Many thanks to Islam and Abraham at the reception, also Adis for his wonderful advices during our stay. The hotel is clean and our room was wonderful and capacious. I'd recommend this nice hotel to my fiends for sure. There is a nice place cafe at R level that is suitable for parties.

This hotel is just beautiful! We were super impressed from the moment we arrived. Abraham at the desk was so thoughtful and professional. He anticipated all of our needs and had everything ready for us before we even asked him. You will not be disappointed. :)
