Amazing Location!
Wonderful location 5-10 minute walk from all the sites and great restaurants! Hotel rooms are set to be updated and once they are, this will be a 5 star property.

Excellent hotel
Lovely and clean and great location. Very grand lobby. Our room looked onto the street and apart from one Saturday night it was not too noisy. I would use this hotel again. We weee told that they were doing some construction to upgrade some rooms but we never heard any noise and were not disturbed at all.

Wonderful experience
Would absolutely stay @ the Grand Hyatt Washington again should our travels take us to the DC area., From check in to check out everything was what you would expect when on vacation, staff was genuine & professional, facility was very clean. Any employees we had contact with were more than helpful

5 Star at 4 Star rate
Great location! Currently undergoing remodeling in some rooms but noise was minimal and was warned. FedEx located in the basement provides printing services besides shipping and Eric will help show you how to use the computer to design what you want printed. There will be Metro access with completion of construction below the building. The Ford Theater was 704 steps from my guest room and the White House only a few blocks.

Love Staying Here for Business Trips
I stay here each year for an annual conference that is held on the Grand Hyatt Washington's premises. It is a great venue, and I look forward to my stay every time. It's nice to know that I'll have a clean and spacious room, as well as work with wonderful staff who can help me with anything I need. And, I have to admit, having a Starbucks in the lobby is a bonus and a wonderful way to start my day. I drive in from about 3 hours away, and the hotel is easy to find and valet parking affordable and worth it. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Washington DC.
