One of our favorite hotels isThe Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. The Jefferson is as good for sure!! We are looking for reasons to go back to DC so we can stay at The Jefferson again. We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant was top notch and the service from the doorman to the reception and housekeeping were at the top of their game.

We stayed here for our wedding night and could not recommend it more. The staff was so helpful and made us feel so special for our big day. The room was gorgeous with an amazing and spacious bathroom and shower. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Despite a lengthy search of the room I could not find a closet but assumed the jacket rack in the corner was all there was. When I came to check out I couldn't find my trousers. I rang customer service who said they would look into it. Half an hour later I rang back as I had to leave. I was told they would chase up. Minutes later they rang back and said I should look in the closet. There isn't one I said. It's behind the mirror she said. Secret closets are no doubt a charming feature but please let your guests in on the secret and when you have hidden things in them own up more quickly. No apology at check out. No recognition of the time I had wasted.

We stayed here the night of our wedding, and it was truly a luxurious experience. We picked the Jefferson as it balanced the beauty and luxury of a truly historic hotel, with a modern approach, decor, and accommodation details. We felt treated truly special, and the room could not have been more comfortable (and not stuffy). From the heated bathroom, to the double shower, to the tub and bathsalts...we enjoyed every detail! I also think the bed here may have been the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever stayed in my life. The down mattress topper, oversized pillows, comforter, and west elm throw blankets...sigh.

I just love this hotel ! Rooms are large spacious and well appointed. Staff are friendly helpful and committed. The bar is cosy with good service. The breakfast is excellent (most definitely not cheap!). Our 2nd time here and a home from home feel. Love the ambience and the location is pretty good.
