This hotel has great decor, restaurant, bar, rooms, and a rooftop pool and cabana. The only thing missing was well trained staff. Housekeeping, maintenance, front desk were all disorganized to the point of chaos. That being said, I would go there again in a heartbeat!

Upon arrival I was informed that I would have to wait on my room for more than 3 hours, and this was around 430 pm. Also, when I finally received a room it was not a good location because it was facing the alley over the air conditioning equipment. Which was noisy. Also I mentioned to the desk clerk that my room was dark, and the lighting in the bathroom did not compliment my dark skin. And finally this was my very 1st stay at this hotel, I did my best not to complain and I just endured it for the next few days. GLAD TO LEAVE, WILL NOT BE BACK.. .

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and the front seat staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and had plenty of room but would have bean nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Upon my departure, I had to place my bag in storage and staff member that assisted me in this was not as friendly as others, he seamed to be a little adjutated with having to help us.

I been attending an event in D.C. for the past 3 years staying at this hotel. They have great service and very comfortable rooms that are well cleaned and taken care of. This year it seamed they were a little short staffed, while inconvenient a little it did not ruin the stay and they did their best to accommodate the large number of people attending

Great food, great service, excellent staff. Little hiccup when they brought the foid out regarding who's was who's. AC was cold, no mold in shower/bath. Comfy bed, ample towels and Art and Soul was EXCELLENT.
