This hotel does not provide wash rags or hand towels for guests. This was strange. I also had a billing issue that they can’t seem to resolve. I was also refused a copy of my bill yet they charged my credit card. This was a complete headache

Great location. Easy walk from the train station to the hotel and all tourist attractions . The rooms are small but extremely functional. We did need to get help to sort out how the lights worked but the staff were super helpful.

Everything was fine in my room. Nothing particularly nice, and the lights were a pain in my room (one still doesn't work) but it's in a good location and the price is decent. I could even live without an in room coffee pot until this morning when I realized there's NO coffee in the hotel. Don't trust the past comments about hallway coffee stations (which I would have been fine with), because as I went walking around the hotel at 515 with my travel mug I finally found out from the front desk clerk that they stopped providing coffee stations this summer, nearby coffee shops don't open until 6 and the hotel restaurant doesn't serve until 730. I went through the hotel page to make sure I wasn't missing something and nope, if it's on the site it's buried somewhere. As a hotel in the US that's something that needs to be a major bullet in the FAQs because the reasonable expectation is that there should be coffee available somewhere, even just in the lobby. Never staying here again and currently checking options to see if I can move to a different hotel.

I stayed at the property last year and it was fine - now this year, they've removed certain amenities, such as no longer offering coffee stations on every floor - they've been removed from all floors. And they no longer provide hand towels and wash clothes and when asked, said they had never offered those - ridiculous! I certainly would have remembered that from the prior year. The room choice is questionable, as the photo for the premium King room I booked did not show the shower in the hallway (which is terrible) so I had to go down and upgrade to a room with a closed bathroom. Yes, the shower opens directly into the room in the hallway, which is where the bathroom sink is also located. The entire hotel feels very "damp" and musty. I'll pay more next time to stay across the street where I can sure I can get a wash cloth at the very least.

Everything was good overall. My cable and wi-fi did not work, nor did the phone in my room. I had to get dressed to to the front desk. No one ever showed up to resolve the problem. I had colleagues there at the same time and one of them had the same cable- wifi issues. This was very frustrating as this was a work trip.
