My stay here was pleasant, but even more so due to the excellent services rendered me by Kim - one of the front desk professionals at this location. She went out of her way on more than one occasion to see to it that any issues I had were resolved. She sold the hotel for me, and will probably stay here again on my next visit to DC.

It has a great vibe here. I like that the lobby had a fun atmosphere , Did i mention the roof top deck had a mix of people from your everyday mom and dad to american eagle models. The drinks are pricey

Nice location on Capitol Hill. Within walking distance to many landmarks. Union Station a 5 minute walk. Room was very comfortable. Two queens for two traveling business ladies. Loved the eco friendly arrangement with bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower. Fragrance was mild and would be great for anyone. Beds were full of pillows, comfy but not soft, good for my back. Room A/C worked well both cooling and warming - I got it a bit too cold for my roommate. Ate dinner in the restaurant and Vernon was the best wait staff I've ever had. He took great care of us, even went above and beyond helping me get the perfect glass of wine. The salmon was my friend's choice and she loved it. She was unsure of the pairing of the accompanying vegetables but decided to try them and was not disappointed. I had the sea bass which was also very tasty crispy on the outside yet flaky and tender on the inside it was sauteed perfectly. Glad we stayed here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. It’s close to Union Station, which is convenient to get around DC. The hotel itself is nice. The front desk staff was really nice, helpful, and a breath of fresh air after a long day in the city. My the bed was comfy, room was nice, and so was the bathroom! The bar was okay. I got a beer for happy hour, prices could be better but meh, probably for the area it’s alright.

Absolutely the most wonderful, helpful staff! The hotel is very comfortable, nice and great location, but it is the staff that makes this hotel stand out above even the most expensive places in Washington DC. The staff are so happy, pleasant and go beyond to make your stay great! You can text them and they come promptly...brought a small refrigerator and tea bags to our room. They even answer the text! Even though it was a busy at check in time, they handled it with ease. When our transportation was at the wrong hotel, quickly the gentlemen recognized it and ran across the street to solve the problem before we even knew it was a problem. Any need we had they met with pleasure. Everyone from the housekeeping, to the morning restaurant manager...just were absolutely marvelous! Keep up the good work...we appreciate how well everyone did there job!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Washington DC!
