Business focused
A downtown hotel focused on the business traveler- the room was a good size- but the outlet situation was rough. No USB or USB-C charging ports, one outlet in the bedroom that was usable and one in the bathroom. Our family of 3 had four decided between us and it was hard to charge things. Hallways were very hot but room temperatures were great. Lobby was pleasant enough. Good at Lady Madison was lackluster and pricey.

Great experience!!
Chef David and Abdul were tremendous. The NY Strip and Crab cakes were amazing. Abdul had excellent service, I would totally recommend!

Great service! Great food!
Abdul served us and Chef David fed us. 10/10 would recommend. My friend and arrived super late and got an order in to the kitchen with mere seconds before the kitchen closed. I ordered the carne asada tacos in part because it was the easiest to identify with a quick glance, and because tacos ate pretty straight forward. I will say I was very pleasantly surprised. The steak was flavorful and tender. After a full day of travel the meal was much appreciated - and wonderfully - quite delicious. As it turned out, the restaurant became our debrief location over the several evenings of our stay in the city. We even brought friends from the event we were attending, and they too reported the food and service were exceptional. Shout out to Chef David for the tasty food (salmon, sea bass, clam linguine, crab cakes were our menu selections when we sat down for a proper dinner. The food was delicious and carried a lovely presentation. Definitely recommend the Garden Grove cocktail for a hot summer night. Very refreshing!

We had a great experience having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Abdul made the experience so much better. He was so kind to us and our daughters. People like him make the world a better place. Also the short ribs were really good.
