Horrible customer service
Customer service was the worst at this hotel than any other hotel I have stayed at. I was supposed to receive a destination credit for two days for two of the rooms I booked. When I checked out, I did not receive the credit even though I was told that it went through. I talked to the customer service desk and they said they took care of the charges even though they didn’t. I called the hotel after the charges went through and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. I called again and they told me it was my fault. I didn’t read the fine print that it was per day and I didn’t use it on the first day and only use it on the second day so I had forfeited all of my credit from the first day. I told them I was extremely unhappy about that because it was not relayed to me at any time I had spoken to customer service over my stay and even after and they gave me an attitude about it and said it was my fault and they’re not gonna change anything about it. So they have lost a customer who Paid Almost $1000 total for two days over a $30 credit. I will be never staying at this hotel again the next time I am in DC, which is often.

Hotel was wonderful, so close to the white House. The restaurant and staff was amazing. Abdul was our waiter and he was polite and amazing.

Thanksgiving in DC
Server Abdul and kitchen staff worked hard to make Thanksgiving meals for me and others delicious and comfortable. Abdul and others expressed kindness and thanks, with warm smiles and good humor. I am happy with my dinner and did not have to cook on this 2025 Thanksgiving Day in DC.
