Excellent Customer Service
Abdul who works in the dining area of Lady Madison provided great customer service. We had asked for recommendations on the spirited cocktails and all his recommendations were on point. He provided excellent customer service! Will definitely be back when in town again!

Disappointing. 3 star quality hotel
I was very disappointed in the amenities and housekeeping. No mini bar, no water, no coffee machine. Rooms service gets delivered in a paper bag with plastic utensils. This is not a 4 star hotel.
