As a Silver Bonvoy member I was hesitant to choose this place because the price was so cheap. Now I know why. It’s not a quality hotel. Front desk was rude when I checked in and rude when I had a simple question 7 hours later. I absolutely will not stay here again. It’s amazing that the same company that runs Ritz Carlton can’t convey simple customer service skills to all of their employees.

Dining at Lady Madison
Stayed at the Le Meridian in October. Dined at the Lady Madison & had the pleasure of being served by Abdul. His customer service was phenomenal! He was attentive, polite and helpful. Definitely ask for Abdul when you stop by.
