HUGE disappointment - overrated

Nothing about this hotel was awesome. Nothing. The check-in process was cold and unwelcoming. We needed a refrigerator for medication and practically had to beg for one - then were charged what I believe was $20/day for the privilege. Valet parking ran close to $90/day. The base rate seemed reasonable until the add-ons started stacking up and the whole thing became frankly absurd. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Our view was of the rooftop equipment. The bathroom was tired and in need of updating. The location was decent - that's the nicest thing I can say. For what this ended up costing, the experience was inexcusable. There are too many good options in DC to settle for this. I will not be back.

I was here for a work meeting, all was great, the hotel is clean and modern. I want to give a special shout out to Abdul who works in the restaurant/bar and took great care of us. I recommend.
