3 star hotel at best
This hotel is barely a 3-star hotel and don't recommend staying here. I checked-in to find there was no hot water in my room, and instead of immediately changing my room they took hours to try and fix it. After 3 hours they finally moved my room with no offer of compensation. The rooms are extremely noisy and you can both hear every noise outside and all people showering in the room above you. This led to a very unpleasant stay. The final terrible cherry was the room service. They bring your food up in takeout containers in a brown bag instead of any real plates or settings. This is all fine for 2.5 star hotels but not for one that claims to be a 4 star

Great Stay
Had a great stay at the hotel. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was also tasty and Abdul took great care of my family. This is now our “go to” DC hotel.

ROOM WAS SMALL CLEAN & waiter was super
loved the waiter HE was very pleasant respectful and attentive answer all our questions . the room was clean a little i. the smaller side but okay, didn’t like the porch area the next room had access but we didn’t yet they could sit in front of room.

Awesome Christmas Dinner
We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Lady Madison. Abdul was fantastic, he took care of our every need and was very friendly and helpful. Every hotel staff member that we interacted with was like him. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Great food and service at Lady Madison
The food and service at Lady Madison was amazing and delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and was super fresh. Our server Abdul was great and very attentive!
