Abdul is amazing
We had a great stay at the hotel, but the real highlight was Abdul. He looked after us so well every time we ate, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his friendly, positive attitude really stood out. It's people like Abdul who make a holiday that little bit more special.

Business focused
A downtown hotel focused on the business traveler- the room was a good size- but the outlet situation was rough. No USB or USB-C charging ports, one outlet in the bedroom that was usable and one in the bathroom. Our family of 3 had four decided between us and it was hard to charge things. Hallways were very hot but room temperatures were great. Lobby was pleasant enough. Good at Lady Madison was lackluster and pricey.

Great experience!!
Chef David and Abdul were tremendous. The NY Strip and Crab cakes were amazing. Abdul had excellent service, I would totally recommend!
