My friend and I were recently at the Washington Lowes Madison. The hotel is lovely and the staff excellent. I would like to thank Milan Koviljac and Soyoung. They were both extremely helpful and made our stay at the Lowes a memorable one. Lori Levine

This was a business/personal trip. I was not satisfied with the level of service based on the cost and I was disappointed overall with our stay. My wife and I did not feel like valued guests at any point during our stay.

I come to D.C. frequently (from California) and always stay at the Loews Madison - the staff are amazing. I can offer no better recommendation. And, Rural Society (the in-house restaurant) is a must for steak & spirits. You will not be disappointed.

Just checked out after a one night stay with the family. Rooms are quite nice and clean. Beds are super comfy but unfortunately no one was able to get a good nights sleep due to the loud college kids going up down hallways at all hours of the night ( some type of college event). Awful. When we mentioned the issue to the concierge at checkout the response back was " we heard". Will not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone looking to get some rest after spending a day in the city.

D.C. is an amazing walking city. No need for a car. So much to see and do with most of the museum's free entrance it is a great place to take a family vacation. Prepare to do a lot of walking, walking, walking. You'll want to see everything in this historic city.
