The location is excellent. Near the convention center, Chinatown, Dupont circle. Room is well furnished and a good size. Quiet, good bed, very clean, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. I didn't eat lunch and dinner there. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Staff, room, and comfort were one of the best I have stayed in. Staff was supper nice and efficient from arrival to departure. Preapproved a late checkout, and when meeting in lobby went over - - No problem. Close to U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, BVA, and VA. Only downside was restaurant was limited menu. I did see Chef and waitress came up with meat and cheese platters. Looked good. Chicken sandwich with blue cheese fondue was unique and tasty.

The Madison Hotel is a classy elegant and quiet boutique hotel. We felt very safe and welcome. The decor was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They handled things quickly and made us feel very relaxed. We will definitely be starting here again.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend while visiting our children who live a quick drive in opposite directions. This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing as well as going to great restaurants in Dupont Circle. We were visiting during a frigid cold snap so we drove everywhere instead of walking - the concierge was fast and efficient getting our car several times during our stay. He room and bathroom were very nice and clean, and the restaurant/bar area was nicely laid out. All the staff were polite and helpful though it would have been nice to have better explication about the amenities. We also got a loud knocking on our door at 8am on Saturday morning by housekeeping. Other than that I recommend this hotel

A great spot to stay. Staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. Rooms are nice. I like the location. Everyone eager to please. Have been back a few times. It's pretty close to most things being either a quick walk or cab ride away.
