Excellence
Great staff, amazing bar, clean and comfortable rooms. Food is second to none and absolutely everything is within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed as a couples retreat or business the ambiance is excellent. Would highly recommend

Amazing hotel...impeccable staff and service
What a stunning hotel!! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Check in was a breeze and the bellman were super attentive. Our room was stunning and newly updated. The robes and slippers were luxurious and the nightly turn down was such a treat! We had the pleasure of dining at Alhambra and had the most amazing meal. This hotel is in an fantasticlocation right near the white house. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect
Visited DC for Cherry Blossom festival and stayed at this beautiful hotel. Not just the royal gorgeous looking property located just 5 mins walk from the White House, but the highlight are the staffs who goes above and beyond to deliver an excellent service to make your stay memorable. Food is another highlight (great chef) Also maintains a high standard with hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and common area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful stay - elegant property, nice location, excellent customer service. The bellmen were all super helpful, Nick at the reception was great to deal with at check-in, and Yodit from the 7th floor was absolutely tremendous in attending to all of our needs/requests. Thank you St. Regis Washington team!

Rude Service
The Hotel was Comfortable. The People running the hotel to the Bar servers were rude and obnoxious and acted empowered. I have stayed at St Regis in Venice and service is the standard, not rude. Service was untrained and argumentative. Concierge was rude to my friend that called to send me a birthday Gift. Took 4 Days. Arrogant, didn’t return calls etc. Long time Marriott member and St Regis and Rita traveler. NEVER AGAIN as Marriott going downhill
