I have zero complaints. It has all the amenities of a hotel (helpful front desk, fresh towels, soaps, coffee) with the beauty of a condo (full kitchen, washer/dryer, independent wifi). It’s centrally located to two metro stops, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Theres an easy pick up point for ride shares. I will be staying here again on my trip to DC and checking out their other locations when I’m in those cities.

My husband and I stayed at AKA White House for 6 months from Nov 2021 - May 2022 while he was receiving medical treatment at nearby George Washington University Hospital. I could not recommend it more highly. The units have everything you need for a short or long stay, are incredibly comfortable, and are very spacious. The staff was always SO nice and helpful - it's great to have a 24-hour front desk to accept packages or deliveries, or to call in case there's an issue. The gym is perfectly adequate, the movie room is a nice place to hang out during housekeeping, and the hotel is perfectly situated near the White House, National Mall, and lots of restaurants/coffee shops/shopping.

Absolutely brilliant in every respect. So comfortable and convenient to the sights and sites; so clean and rooms were big with everything you need. The design is excellent maximising the huge floor space. Walk in closets, two toilets (one bath/ shower). King size bed. Dining table and breakfast bar for eating options. Fully divided bedroom from rest of the suite. Lovely lighting to make it cosy or bright. Washer and separate dryer. Full size fridge etc. I could go on … It just felt like coming home to your own apartment every time. It was welcoming and all furniture felt new rather than worn by multiple previous users. Front desk were always lovely and helpful. There is delivery to Reception if you want from supermarkets and restaurants. But going outside everything is so close, from metro to White House, coffee shops to great restaurants. Top tip: take or buy a souvenir tea towel as it is literally the only thing not provided. We walked 20,000 + steps exploring each day and coming back to the room was a relaxing delight every time. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend.

The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite was perfect when traveling with 2 teenagers. We rented an additional roll-away bed for the living room, so everyone had their own sleeping space. The location was EVERYTHING... Walking distance to most attractions. We also felt very safe (even at night)... Secret Service all over the place! It's just a block from the VP's office, so we even caught her motorcade on the way to work!

We stayed here for 4 nights on our visit to DC and would highly recommend. The apartment was priced similar to an equivalent hotel but offered so much more in terms of living space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location is excellent - a 2 minute walk from the whitehouse, and about 20/30 mins down to the centre of the Mall. My only gripe would be that there was an extra facility charge of about $30 for use of the cinema/gym etc and included 2 bottle of water each day - there was no mention of this when we booked (through booking.com). I didn't query it at the time (after a long day of travelling) but it didn't appear to be optional.
