Above and Beyond
You can really judge a hotel's rating when you run into a big problem that needs solving. The wonderful staff went out of their way to help us when we accidentally left a laptop in the room after checking out – they arranged for an Uber driver to deliver it to us at the airport, just in time to make a flight!! The on-site restaurant and bar serves delicious food and truly fabulous cocktails. Also, ask Patrice to make you a cappuccino in the morning downstairs in their cafe' Doyle and Co. – Best coffee in all of DC!

A smooth visit
Outstanding service in a great location. The staff was efficient and friendly and the good ample and tasty.

Terrible experience
The service was terrible at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and then no cleaning services upon asking they just gave a sheet to us. The TV was not working and rubbish bin were so small in a family room. Also when we inform staff they blame to each other and no action taken. The entrance sign is located at the wrong side.

Do yourself a favor and just book it!!
We cannot say enough about our stay here. Cortez the front office manager went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The Pembroke connected to the hotel was delish. The location is perfect. DC has so many places to stay but we will always be staying here!

This property was an excellent choice for our first time in DC and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
