The Good: 1. Spacious room and modern bathroom with walk- in shower. 2. Large T V. and efficient WIFI. 3. Comfortable bed and quiet room. 4. Close to cafes. 5. Very co operative staff. Allowed us a late checkout !!! The Bad: 1 . Avoid the restaurant .Outrageously pricey!! 2 . Lower level rooms have blocked views. Go for a higher level. 3. Flight Crews stay here. They can be noisy coming in late at night or early morning. 4. Don't park here. Very, very expensive. All in all, in summary, it's a very good hotel, it's expensive, location a bit out of the Perth action but we'd come back again. All in all, its a very good hotel !!!

I stayed at this hotel checked in 4/09/2025 (Room 118) and had an extremely disappointing experience with room service. I called reception to request food and was told by the receptionist on duty (name sounded like Uwindu/Uvindu) that there were no options available, except for cheese and a sandwich. I politely declined and decided to order food from outside. While waiting for my delivery at reception, I overheard another guest (Room 105) request chicken wings for room service. To my surprise, the same receptionist confirmed that his order would be delivered shortly. When I questioned this, (he said that’s he’s a manager, which even makes it worse) the receptionist was visibly nervous, stuttering, and unable to explain why I was told something completely different. As an African guest, it was hard to ignore that the other guest was White — the difference in treatment was extremely troubling and unacceptable. Another receptionist, Felix, later intervened. He was very polite, empathetic, and confirmed that other options were indeed available. While I appreciate his effort, the damage was already done. For a hotel of this standard, such discriminatory and dishonest service is shocking. My company is a major client, and this experience left me very disappointed. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures no other guest goes through this again.

I booked on booking.com and came to the hotel, the staff told me they couldn’t find my reservation so I asked them to find it so I don’t get double charged but instead of listening to my request they just booked it and I stayed, the room was 50/50 the following day I checked my bank and they double booked my stay, I called to get a refund and I was faced with the most difficult condescending staff who simply won’t help and see things in a logical manner, extremely rude and now the bank has to follow it up, they also charged me for things that were not even in existence, in any other situation this would be considered fraud, bizarre operators, the absolute worst.
