Sonesta White Plains

This is a wonderful hotel, with amazing staff that go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was great and so was the service start to finish!

Our church has been meeting at the Sonesta for almost 15 years. We are now moving to a more permanent space, and the hotel blessed us with a free "going away" buffet, served by their cordial and friendly staff, including John Huerta. Thank you every one at the Sonesta, especially James Constantino. Each week, our room was set up with care and excellence. The Sonesta has been a great host and blessing to us!

Melvin took very good care of our group during breakfast service. Excellent service provided, many thanks! Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold items, and variety of healthy options. Everything was fresh and well presented at the buffet table.

I have frequented the Sonesta on a regular basis for over 2 years. I travel in and out of White Plains for work, and this is my favorite hotel to stay. The Sonesta has undergone a massive and significant remodel of the entire hotel. The rooms have been refreshed and modernized. The lobby, restaurant, and bar have all been renovated, and it’s been wonderful to see. But, out of the hundreds of hotels I stay in per year, it’s the customer service that separates the truly great hotels from the rest. And that is my favorite aspect of the Sonesta. The service from the staff at the Sonesta is exceptional. And I want to give a special thanks to Carlos. He has greeted me and remembers me every time I see him at breakfast, no matter how much time has passed since my last visit.

This is our third visit to White Plains as we are a new Fordham family. The service is always top notch, the staff are super helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It’s a great spot for us as it is super pet friendly! Great hotel all around!
