I recently stayed at the Kingsmill Resort during the 2017 LPGA Championship. The staff provided outstanding service upon arrival. My Room was clean, well designed, and spacious. I enjozyed my stay and will stay again due to the hotel amenities to include an amazing gym, pool, golf, pool and location to attractions in Williamsburg. We enjoyed the ability to walk from the room to the golf tournament.

Basically, the resort is simply regular hotel rooms disguised as condominiums from the outside. The grounds are beautiful, but for a short stay, I would recommend a much less expensive hotel nearby. All in all, it was clean and very comfortable.

The river course was in beautiful shape. It is a wonderful event. It needs better attendance. It has the top women players in the world. The grounds were perfectly landscaped. The staff and volunteers are always wonderful.

We only stayed one night as we were there for wedding. I've had babies drool in me with more volume than came from that shower. Most of the rooms are spread out among many buildings on the campus making help not an option time wise. Eventually soaked wash cloth and .... you get it. I nearly always make it a habit to check showers when I first get to a rented room. Did not this time and regret it. Showers can make or break a stay. That shower crushed my stay and any chance I'll book another.

Location - close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Seated on James River with spectacular views. Restaurants to suit your taste. We had a great lunch at the Eagles restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Elements. Very accommodating to your wishes and all. Nice walkways and maintenance staff are friendly. Bartender made a delicious Old Fashioned...with the muddled orange and cherries. Really convenient to all - but nice enough to just stay there...go to the pools or play a round (or two) of Golf.
