Me, my wife and two daughters stayed during the holidays. We did the "smor's and snore" package which came with a pop-up tent in the living room and breakfast each morning. The kids loved the tent and fireplace. Food was delicious at the restaurants and the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen.

I have stayed here many times and it is a special place. Staff are friendly, courteous, wonderful!!! I highly recommend Kings Mill. The rooms are top quality and the condos are amazing. I have stayed in both.

This resort did not disappoint. Beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful personnel. Clean resort. Very convenient access to all we wanted to see and do. The restaurants on site are very tasty, too! Loved the crabcakes at Elements 1010!!

We celebrated our 43rd anniversary at Kingsmill Resort. Had been there for several day conferences and very excited about finally staying there. What an amazing stay! Beautiful resort, staff was A+++, and food was over the top. Highly recommend and look forward to planning a week long vacation soon.

We had dinner at Eagles. I have been to Eagles many times before and it was very good. Last night it was horrible. We walked in to buffet in the lobby. All I could smell was pesto that smelled like dirty feet. The dining area is disgusting. No table clothes, no flowers and incredibly cheap poor lighting. This place needs a total remodel. I ordered some kind of beef and my wife chicken. Not much of a choice with only five entries to choose from. My meal was bland, over cooked and the potatoes were stuffed in a stale pastry they described as Yorkshire Pudding. The presentation was awful with no salads or vegetables to put color on the plate. There was a sauce which my have helped but there was so little of it that it didn’t help. My wife said her chicken tasted microwave frozen and her sauce was the as mine. She got some mushroom medley which when ask, the server couldn’t describe ingredients. For dessert we had a concoction of ice cream with two hard brownies and a minute amount carmel sauce dropped on. The meal was awful. We will never return.
