Recently spent a night here while visiting relatives in the area. The room was spacious. We had a full kitchen, dining area, large living room with fireplace and pull out bed, lanai, and bedroom with king size bed. The room was clean and well maintained. Bedding was provided for the pull out sofa and there were plenty of towels for all of us. We ate breakfast at the Kingsmill Elements restaurant which served a full buffet breakfast, including an omelette bar. Overall an excellent experience.

Stayed in the condos. Very disappointing. We stayed at Kingsmill many years ago and were excited to return. However, the unit we stayed in was tired. Multiple bathroom issues with items not working. Maintenance seemed very lax. External areas of the condo were dirty and in need of maintenance. The door to the unit had bubbling paint and signs of old rust covered by paint. At this price point, there are many other places you could stay that are a much better value and better maintained, without an annoying $45 resort fee.

I held a charity golf event to honor the memory of my late brother. The golf staff was very friendly, professional and attentive to our group. We were a group of 30+ and also held a banquet in the River Room. The staff was great and the food was, as well. A special shout out to Lori who took care of my group at breakfast. She was funny, engaging and very professional to my group. She was a rockstar. Also, thanks to Savannah who help me coordinate all the details that needed to be dealt with. We are definitely coming back. Great facilities and great golf !

The location is excellent, you are on the James River, close to everything in Williamsburg including Busch Gardens and shopping Outlets. The atmosphere at first glance seems nice, and when you take in the grounds and the views, it is a fairly nice atmosphere. The rooms, or at least the room my family and I stayed in was not as nice as one would expect and in fact needed a lot of help. The door handle was broken on one entrance, the carpet needs to be replaced, and the shelving in the shower is only held on by simple caulking which is not sturdy enough and so the shelves in the shower fall off. There was an open bag of chips left that we found in the counter when we first entered and a wrapper of some kind on the floor in the walk in closet. The toilet would run in stop until you adjust the flush handle just right. I’d say the value is not there. The price is not matching the condition of the room in both maintenance and cleanliness. The noise level however is fine as there were no loud interferences or disturbances during our stay. It was a rather peaceful stay. Tie service of the resort depends on where you are. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet staff were very friendly. The staff at the coffee shop called The Mill seemed to not want to be there, they were not friendly and all seemed to have an attitude on their faces. My two youngest sons ordered hot chocolate but it wasn’t hot and was more like chocolate milk. The service at James Landing Grille was just ok, average service however the food left a lot to be desired and I’d say the price was not worth it at all. Best to eat off the resort somewhere in Williamsburg.

All the comforts of home and the bedding and linens were way too comfortable! Clean and tidy. Our kids loved the whole experience.

Super Super Super service from the staff members we encountered. This is what brings us back twice a year. We LOVE the service.

My family and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at Kingsmill Resort. Our experience was terrific. The resort offered great tennis, golf, fishing, etc. -- so much to do even with a day or two at Colonial Williamsburg and the parks, that we were tempted to stay an extra day... I would recommend this resort without qualification to friends, family and to my company for sales meetings.
