We love it here. It’s such a beautiful resort. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. They try to make your experience the best it can be. The condos are really roomy and plush.

Nice but not as nice as it once was.
I’ve stayed at KM for years. They are now passing on the credit card service fee to the guests! I’ve never heard of that!! Who brings cash to pay for a resort bill? I was allowed to put it on my debit card but that was inconvenient. But that’s a huge disappointment. I stayed in a 1 Br with a kitchen. There were no kitchen towels! So I used the bathroom towels. I asked for more but never got them. The front staff texted me asking if I needed anything, so I said “yes, I needed more hand towels”. And never got them. I was asked to tip housekeeping BEFORE I arrived! I declined. When housekeeping showed up at day 2, she told me her mom just got sick and she was trying to finish fast so she could get to her mom. She asked me if needed anything and told her I needed towels. I took my own trash out and made my own bed. The gym is fantastic (finally). They upgraded it and it’s really nice now. But you pay for it! The added resort fee is very high. I still love KM for the comfort and atmosphere but it’s getting pretty pricey.

Not great!
At the start our ice maker didn't work and second there should be at least a couple of commentary waters in the fridge. The bath sinck was closed, furniture severely outdated, shampoo bottles in shower empty and the balcony doors were broken! The guy checking us in at the counter was fast and rude which really made me mad! I'm a veteran and stayed on the 3rd floor having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs which we did! Will never stay here again only because the staff didn't really care we believe and the condo was so not updated for the money we paid!!

5-star resort with so much to do. Great facilities, amazing town, wonderful restaurants.
Excellent stay. 5-star facilities with lots to do indoors and out. Great to reconnect.

All the comforts of home and the bedding and linens were way too comfortable! Clean and tidy. Our kids loved the whole experience.

My family and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at Kingsmill Resort. Our experience was terrific. The resort offered great tennis, golf, fishing, etc. -- so much to do even with a day or two at Colonial Williamsburg and the parks, that we were tempted to stay an extra day... I would recommend this resort without qualification to friends, family and to my company for sales meetings.
