Don’t go to Kingsmill
Our last trip was great for shopping and eating, but our room and service at Kingsmill were horrible. First, they screwed up our payment, so we almost didn’t go. Then, they gave a us a room where there was a broken cold water faucet. I had to wash my hands in hot water and drink it. Our kitchenette had tiles so slippery, I almost fell in front of my niece. Our kitchenette was invaded by ants under the sink. The housekeeping was rude to my mother, and they tried to charge us for eating at the Mills, which we didn’t go. They also didn't have room service, so we had to go to their restaurants. The waiters were the best staff that were nice to us and gave us service, but flies kept flying over us.

Best place we ever stayed and we travel a lot
Great resort would recommend to anyone traveling in the area. Great staff beside checking out staff wasn’t trained to discount saving packages they need manger that wasn’t on. Gym is the best I have ever seen at a resort. The pool area was insane so much to do and lots of extra stuff for kids to do. My kids loved duck race and free pops at the pool.

The mill
The Mills is amazing! The food was excellent, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. By far our favorite place to eat at Kingsmill. Highly recommend!

Another Successful Family Vacation
As always we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Kings Mill Resort in Virginia. The drive to and from was easy with trip advisor and the Resort was amazingly refreshing in August. The shaded pathways to walk/run on, the amenities to utilize, the Mill to refresh at anytime of the day; are all amazing. Take you family...there is something for everyone.

We loved it ! Condo was absolutely beautiful. Coffee shop was so adorable. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back !! Miss it already

All the comforts of home and the bedding and linens were way too comfortable! Clean and tidy. Our kids loved the whole experience.

My family and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at Kingsmill Resort. Our experience was terrific. The resort offered great tennis, golf, fishing, etc. -- so much to do even with a day or two at Colonial Williamsburg and the parks, that we were tempted to stay an extra day... I would recommend this resort without qualification to friends, family and to my company for sales meetings.
