Our family of 7 enjoyed our fourth visit to Kingsmill Resort in July 2026. We had a very enjoyable stay in two river view condos. The units were very clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. It was nice to be able to walk to all the resort amenities. Everyone at Kingsmill, from the golf cart drivers to the staff at the river pool and restaurants, was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic experience as always! We have been going to Kingsmill as a family for 15+ years and it never disappoints. This year was especially great. I’m not sure if the resort is under new management but it’s even better than before! We had a lovely time.

My partner and I had a wonderful evening exploring the James River aboard a rented pontoon boat at Kingsmill Resort. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt both relaxing and refreshingly adventurous. Isaac, our captain, provided expert guidance and hands‑on training that made us feel confident and comfortable at the helm. His calm, knowledgeable approach set the tone for the entire outing. Addison, his assistant, added a cheerful and friendly energy that made the trip even more enjoyable. Together, they created an atmosphere that was welcoming, safe, and fun. Cruising along the river at sunset was a highlight — peaceful water, beautiful scenery, and just the right balance of independence and support. It was the kind of outing that lets you unwind while still trying something new. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable adventure on the water. Whether you’re new to boating or simply want a unique way to enjoy the James River, this pontoon trip is absolutely worth it.

Recently spent a night here while visiting relatives in the area. The room was spacious. We had a full kitchen, dining area, large living room with fireplace and pull out bed, lanai, and bedroom with king size bed. The room was clean and well maintained. Bedding was provided for the pull out sofa and there were plenty of towels for all of us. We ate breakfast at the Kingsmill Elements restaurant which served a full buffet breakfast, including an omelette bar. Overall an excellent experience.

Super Super Super service from the staff members we encountered. This is what brings us back twice a year. We LOVE the service.

My family and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at Kingsmill Resort. Our experience was terrific. The resort offered great tennis, golf, fishing, etc. -- so much to do even with a day or two at Colonial Williamsburg and the parks, that we were tempted to stay an extra day... I would recommend this resort without qualification to friends, family and to my company for sales meetings.
