Business beyond Expectations
Great location , beautiful property , the artwork and decor was impressive and the patio and common areas were landscaped to perfection - close to Rollins college and was beyond expectations

Great property in outstanding location.
The hotel was very nice and staff accommodating. Short walking distance to Park Ave which has many boutique stores, bars and restaurants. Along with beautiful park setting it creates very welcoming atmosphere.

Location is great, but is not worth the price
While the location is nice and the staff are friendly, the Inn is overpriced. For $400+/night we had a view of a roof below us and a tub/shower that has not been renovated based on the tile and grout condition. Be cautious when booking - if you are willing to put a deposit down and accept a non-refundable stay you will pay more than the person who is not securing a room with a deposit and can cancel without penalty. The only positive is the location if you are wanting to stay in that area.

The Alfond Inn is a spectacular property in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in America - Winter Park. The closeness to all the amenities of Winter Park and the luxurious accommodations makes me look forward to my return to the Alfond.
