This hotel is beautifully situated in an area overlooking the sea. There is a lovely infinity swimming pool as well. The decor is in cheerful colors. However, the hotel is enormous and impersonal. The weirdest twist is the guest rooms. We reserved a "deluxe" double room which did have a nice view of the sea BUT the tub, shower and sink were arranged along one wall of the bedroom. (Fortunately the toilet was in a closet.) So, in addition to no privacy for cleaning up, you could not get up before your partner to wash up, brush teeth, etc without disturbing him/her. I asked if somehow our accommodations had been downgraded and was told that all the guest rooms had tub, shower and sink right in the bedrooms. I've stayed in more than 100 hotels in US, Europe, Africa, India, Canada and never saw anything like this floor plan. I recommended that they warn people. Also, although this is a new hotel, there were almost no places to plug in your devices!

A very big complex of Falkensteiner resorts (it is just beseid the Family Hotel and Apartments village), well organized, well kept. Rooms clean, large, comfortable, but of a somewhat extravagant style. Food and wines excellent. Employees usefull and kind. The beach is just the name of it as it is really a mycro beach. They could do more to make guests overpass the rocks and get into the deep water. If you wish to see intetesting places or just to have a drink elsewhere, you need a car, otherwise forget it; you are in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Zadar in Croatia, with amazing sea views. A very modern complex with funky rooms tiled to perfection, full sliding doors to a deck which in high summer would be great. The restaurant is huge offering an amazing buffet to start with choices beyond the imagination followed by an a la carte course plus dessert selections. We were part of a tour group yet felt as though we were still individuals by staff. Would like to have stayed longer

Nice Location in Croatia with a nice sea side view. Extreme modern Spa with a nice small nude area outside, but inside quite dark as all in black, which is quite irretating coming from the sun area. You are almost Feeling blind. Food is very good, but not outstanding for the Price. Rooms are very nice, but sea view very much depending on the angle of the room. Overall I would rate it a Little bit overpaid, although the Hotel is really nice. Spa treatement was fine Do not expect easy beach entries, defintely not for elderly People, and we have been 50+ and had some difficulties. And do not expect "no small Kids"
