We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What truly makes this place special is the people who work here. The entire team is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A special thank you goes to Amina at the reception. She is an outstanding administrator ,professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Her attitude and positive energy made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, but it’s the staff who make the real difference. You can feel that they truly care about their guests. Because of this experience, we would gladly return again. Highly recommended for anyone who values great hospitality.

My husband got me a getaway for my birthday at Essque Zalu , the staff was welcoming and warm from check inn to check out, my room had an amazing view it's very safe to say that I had the best birthday weekend...special thankyou to Maureen for ensuring my stay was unforgettable I will definitely be coming back

The lodgings is comfortable and serene, loved these aspects. We only had breakfast on site and it was fine/good. The gym was not temperature controlled (one AC unit wasn’t working) so unusable due to how hot it was in there. Bar and tour prices were, in my opinion, above not only regional pricing norms but also US pricing for similar services. The organized tours sold were poor value, suggest doing sites on your own with an arranged driver. To our surprise, there was no beachfront for lounging and when we walked the shoreline we were mobbed by “tour operators” and gigolos.
