From the moment we checked in, right up until we checked out everything was perfect. Super friendly staff who were more than attentive and really went above and beyond.. Always checking to ensure we were satisfied or if there was any extra they could do for us. All the little things made the big difference and they really happened here.. We even had a few workers come over to offer fresh coconuts off the tree as we lay on the beach.. There were free daily activities for all including sail boats, paddle bikes, archery, yoga and more. The food was excellent with buffet breakfast and live station dinners. Complimentary fruit platters on offer and ice cream visits through out the day along the pool which was handy for a snack. The restaurant manager was on duty for all meals to ensure guests were satisfied and all under control. The room was beyond immaculate; very clean and in good condition. Room service were fine and always left the villa in good order. Staff were also curteous with their timing to make the room (during breakfast and dinner). We required a trip to the hospital, and the human resource manager insisted he take us in with their on-site doctor. Great for peace of mind and re-assuring we were in good hands. Nothing was too hard during our stay. Can't thank the team enough and will definitely be back

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2017. We stayed in a garden villa on an all inclusive basis. The residence was an absolutely perfect place for us to relax after a 4 day safari in Kenya. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The food was immaculate and a huge variety, For the management please pass on our thanks to the following staff: Rahul - thank you for taking the time to actually speak to us and be interested in what we had to say! You staff are a credit to you so thank you very much. Juma - Indian chicken tikka was incredible and Yassin Richmond - squid BBQ, prawn curry, chicken sharema Juma - restaurant, very funny, dancing on beach Wambura Hellene Jema Margreth Mike - from pavilion Ades Aziza - breakfast lunch Emanuel, Flora room Enock - bar/jetty Ramadan- chef BBQ William, Simon & Dead Guy Adam / Sabrina guest relations Antonio - trouble shooter thank you so much for getting everything sorted!! Fanda - last night flowers at table Evodius - bar, took photos last night Thank you for making ours yay so special we did love it. When we arrived the pool was making a bit of a racket so had to go to reception a couple of times, turns out it was on self clean mode or something!! Also the monkeys will often decide to run across you roof and can make a but if a noise, my wife and I loves them being there but others may not. Tip: do not go on the safari blue trip, it is like spring break there are loads of boats rammed full and you go out to a spur of sand with approximately 50-100 people. If you would like to explore I would suggest doing some research prior to going as the trips were not great! As for the rest of the hotel we loved the food, the atmosphere and once again the staff were just superb and are a credit to you all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
