This is the best hotel in Zermatt. They pick you up in a horse and carriage. Rooms and breakfast are first rate.

Best ever experience
This hotel provides an extraordinary experience in all aspects. The ambience, the rooms, the service, the genuine helpfulness and competence of the staff. Food quality is excellent and the location is perfect. This is a "top drawer" experience.

excellent stay for an Grand Zermatt vacation.
Had a lovely 4 night stay here for my ski vacation in Zermatt. Great hotell, great location, good ski room with personal lokker for each room with drying facilities. beautiful room with stunning matterhorn view. great breakfast all in all a great stay and would be back for next winter season. I found the bed a bit hard, and pillows a bit dated,but I guess that's maybe more a personal preference.

Location is great. Service is outstanding. Rooms are a bit old but cozy. The spa is fenomenal. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with piano au vivo. The restos are superb. Particularly enjoyed Lusi & SayCheese.
