Not 5 star service
The concierge forgot to cancel our ski lessons and also told us that he made a restaurant reservation which finally he didn't. In general the staff is not friendly but only doing their job in the limit of politeness

Fantastic location in the heart of Zermatt with balcony view of the Matterhorn. Excellent food. Outstanding service!

Amazing
Stayed for five days and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff truly remembers you—you couldn’t ask for better service. The hotel is classy and beautifully decorated, and the spa services were outstanding as well.
