I’ve been here for the concert of Achimoan Nini (Noa). This place is an outstanding location for events and concerts. The theatre was simply amazing. The complex is bright, well furnished and stylish. Kind and competent personnel.

We booked the hotel for one night on my birthday with a concert . It is a beautiful modern hotel with spacious rooms and very nice view but the service and maintenance is certainly not of a five star hotel and it has a long way to go to become one. We stayed in a deluxe room in the main building. The WiFi didn't work and when I checked with the front desk they told me they'l check but nothing happened , then the television didn't work so I phoned again , this time someone came and told me that the problem is the same as the WiFi and fixed it. We had a little vase in the bathroom but no flower , either put a flower in the vase or remove the vase. During the time we were at the concert there was some kind of room service, a chocolate was put on our pillows but they didn't make the bed, they removed part of our towels but didn't bring new ones. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have a full dinner and a number of bars for light dinners but only one was working. Because of the concert there were many guests and it was impossible to find a seat or order something to eat, when we finally did order a plate of potato chips it took them more then 30 minutes to bring it. As the hotel is an isolated area with no shops or cafes nearby this was areal problem . The same happen at breakfast. The food was very good but the service was poor. All the things I wrote about should not happen in a 5 star hotel.

Elma hotel was branded as an art complex and luxury hotel. While the first part of the sentence might be accurate, the second part is far less. We recently spent 1 night at the hotel. We stayed in what is described on the hotel’s website as a classic room. It was situated in the #600s complex, which is just a few minutes by foot from the main building. Like many other hotels in Israel, that try to brand themselves as luxurious properties (but are actually far from it), Elma suffers from exactly the same inconsistencies and issues. Peeling walls, broken lamp, moisture and stains were easy to notice in the room. Having said that, the interior design of the rooms is fairly modern and practical. The room’s size was descent. The bathroom was also quite big. However, the execution of the design and the interior work seemed sloppy and inconsistent. I won’t go into details, but it is quite obvious that not enough attention is given to details. The bed and pillows were ok, not more than that though. The layout of the room was actually quite nice and useful. There was also a spacious balcony with chairs. The room featured a big flat screen smart tv. The exterior of the hotel is nice and welcoming. The outside is kept clean, organized and inviting. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location is quite and peaceful. Breakfast was good and the food selection was very generous. Staff were nice and welcoming. If this hotel wants to really be luxurious, it has a long way to go - as attention to details is key in getting there. Once given, the food, the kind staff and the view will do the rest.
