Very good deal on what you get for what you pay ! Nice accommodations would love if they had room service etc but it is a good place to spend time on vacation with a friend or a family !! The beach is not suitable for go in the ocean the waves are very strong and dangerous !! Be careful ! Overall is a good place to go

This place is beautiful, it was with my family to spend the weekend based on the recommendation of a friend, the apartment was well equipped and the sea view was very good; However the second day we found a snake in the bathroom and the hotel staff helped us with the animal, that same night I found another snake in the children's room, the hotel staff helped us again but I could not sleep thinking that I would find another in my children's room or in ours. Next time do not take the rooms on the ground floor.

Our week long stay at Las Palmas turned out to be absolutely spectacular. Las Palmas is one of those "hidden gems" that experienced travelers occasionally stumble upon. The Villas and grounds are very well maintained and provide an intimate, small property feel. To say the beach is pristine and uncrowded is an understatement - yet you are just a 10 minute drive to shopping, fishing, restaurants and nightlife. The restaurant at Las Palmas provides solid interpretations of local fare with excellent service. Most important of all, the management team is extremely attentive to the needs of its guests. Whether it be arranging excursions, suggesting the best nearby restaurants or even (in our case) helping out with arrangements when cancelled flights delayed our departure for 24 hours, the team proved most helpful in accommodating any request. I used a lot of superlatives in this review, but that is because they were earned by Las Palmas. Our family travels a great deal, and our stay here was one of the better experiences we have had in years. We'll definitely return.

If you want to get away this is your place. If you like a beautiful beach, big surf, quaint restaurant, small pool, quite place, then this is your place. My group was lucky on the day we were there because at 5:30 pm the hotel had arranged to release baby turtles into the ocean. It was a real treat for the kids in our group. It's all about the relaxation, it's is a hidden treasure.

This beautiful property is located on the secluded Playa Blanca beach, just about 15-20 minutes outside of downtown Zihuatanejo. Our suite had two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kitchen, fridge, microwave and stove. There was also a speaker system to play our music through bluetooth, which was great. The bathrooms are really pretty with lots of stone details and the rest of the space is very modern. We also loved the small plunge pool on the patio outside our room. There were a few misses with our room though. It seemed there was something missing on the main living room wall, as there were some nails sporadically placed on the bare wall, and the living room table made of wicker had a large hole in it. We also never got a warm shower the entire stay, which is usually ok coming out of the sun, but in the morning not so much! The grounds are stunning, with two infinity pools that have a view of the grounds and the ocean. There are also lots of comfy lounge chairs and a huge beach swing. The Beach Club is a really cute area with a little bar and table seating for dinner. The food is delicious - we loved the Tuna Tostadas! However, it can get expensive to eat there for every meal. Also, the dinner menu is set each night, so there aren't a whole lot of options. However, I think this makes everything very fresh. The service and hospitality was wonderful for our entire stay. Everyone was constantly checking to see if there was anything they could do to better our stay, which is appreciated. The only other thing to consider is that it is not an adults only resort. For how remote and private it is from everything, this was sort of a let down for my husband and me as it took away from some of that exclusiveness. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway with nice amenities.
