Our second time here, a super friendly, cozy and romantic place to stay. Very close to town. Very welcoming to our dog. The decor in the cottages is very welcoming, great in-room jacuzzi. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the Inn two weeks ago. Inn was nice but we both got a stomach illness. When checking out they mentioned other guests did too. I let mgmt know and got no response. Poor customer service to not respond to my comments as who knows where we contacted it but to have multiple guests get sick is not normal for 14 units. Other then that rooms are nice.

We loved our stay! We had a fire place which we used everyday and the bed was so comfortable. Loved having our own Cottage and spacious bathroom. Jacuzzi tub too! Close to the vineyards and great restaurants. You can easily walk to the adorable downtown too!

We recently traveled from San Diego up to the Napa area to see what the recent fires did to the wine industry. Although the fires were terrible for those involved, we were happy to see many wineries open and our favorite lodging, the Cottage Grove Inn, fully unscathed! We love the cozy and private cottages, although we couldn't use our fireplace due to the air quality....still a little smokey!

While the cottages are beautiful and the staff is friendly, their shady business practices ensure that my wife and I will never stay with them again. After checking out (I was handed an invoice that I did not sign and left quickly due to my wife feeling ill), I noticed there was an extra $28.50 charge on the room on top of what we had already paid. I called in to ask about the charge and was told that it was part of the pet fee. As I had already paid the pet fee posted on the website when I booked through their website, I asked that they take off the charge. The clerk I spoke with complied and the charge was reversed. That was two weeks ago, and today we noticed that we were charged the $28.50 AGAIN. No warning, no email, no call. Had my wife not been diligent about checking her accounts, this could have gone unnoticed. I immediately called and was told that this was due to bookkeeping (although when I called in last time and spoke with the front desk, THEY WERE ABLE TO REVERSE THE CHARGE). Awful customer service and ridiculously poor management. Don't stay there unless you don't mind extra charges showing up on your credit card weeks later.
