Stayed here for one night when I went on a cruise of Maine & Canada and wished that I could've stayed longer. Beautiful locale with a first-rate restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. My room was quite comfortable & had a nice fireplace, and the bathroom had a huge shower- the roomiest I think I've ever seen in a hotel room. The grounds are lovely - it's definitely a place worth checking out.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Inn by the Sea. Our table offered sweeping views of Crescent Beach state park and the distant Ram Island. We also watched hotel guests converse by the outdoor fire pit and outside deck. We both sipped martinis which were mixed perfectly and were very large. We were offered still or sparkling water. The waiter served us fresh warm multigrain bread with blueberry butter. We ordered a trio of Tuna prepared with different sauces to complement the preparation. I ordered the vegan truffle tamale which was very rich and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the chicken which was pounded seasoned perfectly and served with wild rice. We ended the meal with a coconut cream brûlée. The meal was perfect, the service courteous and the location breathtaking. We are locals to the area and will return again.

Traveled to the Inn for our annual spa weekend with another couple. Each year a different resort is visited. Rooms were adequate. Upon arrival, late afternoon snack consisted of Caesar salad, chowder, chicken salad wrap. Nothing special. Dinner in Sea Glass featured no salad options but fortunately, the chef acquiesced. Entree size small. 2nd cocktail was ordered during meal but not received until coffee and dessert. Breakfast: husband order lox, cream cheese and everything bagel. Server returned stating salmon not available. Husband requested cream cream and everything bagel. Husband received plain bagel and cream cheese. Wine by the glass list good. Spa adequate but not as exceptional as billed. Have stayed at other resorts in area offering like services and had a much better dining, accommodation and spa experience. For $500 a night, I expect better.

We recently stayed here for a mother daughter weekend and had a fabulous time. The Inn is set beautifully on Crescent Beach, with raised walkways for easy, eco friendly enjoyment of the beach. The rooms were bright and well appointed. The bathrooms luxurious with large and absorbent towels and high end bath products. Windows open to allow fresh sea air in the guest rooms. The restaurant is superb, with a creative chef and delicious menu items (the lobster tacos were particularly amazing). We wished we had included our dog on this trip as this Inn takes dog friendly to a whole new level. We did not visit the spa though there is one and appears to be full service from a review of the menu of services. I would highly recommend this Inn to all and particularly any one traveling with a dog.
