French Quarter Inn

This was a Christmas present to my beautiful wife. We spend a lot of time in Charleston and the surrounding area, and I have never had such a wonderful experience in all the years we've been coming down there. Concierge Kim (our new BESTY!!) was absolutely fabulous. She took care of us from the time we checked in until the time we left. Her partner Kimberly (Kim2!) was wonderful! She made sure we got back to the hotel safely one night. Super Bob, also at the desk, was incredible, making sure we had what we needed. We had winter weather in the upstate and Bob was making sure that we could stay an extra night, only to find out that KIM had already secured it! Ben in Valet! What a delightful young man! He was a big help to Linda and me. Housekeeping: the rooms were spotless, they were extremely friendly, and a true pleasure to meet. The entire stay was wonderful, and we have never felt so part of a "family" as we did at The French Quarter Inn. Bravo, Team! We highly recommend this, and will definitely be back.

My wife and I have been enjoying our stays here since 2009. Location of this property within the market area has proven perfect. We arrive after a 7 hour drive, valet park the car and don’t drive again until check out a few days later. We love to walk and the proximity of the French Quarter Inn(FQI) allows for walking to prime dining of all types and to historical sites. Included is the use of new bicycles for traversing the nearby gorgeous neighborhoods. GM Carlo routinely walks the property every morning and has kept the property in first class shape. I appreciate that he likes feedback. Bedding in the king rooms are extremely restful. I always book through Kim at the front desk. She is always helpful and has great recommendations. FQI = exceptional value.

Outstanding first class service from the time we pulled up, Jose our valet was impeccable , the front desk, maid service, room, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. The breakfast and daily wine and cheese were great. The staff met all of my pre- arranged orders without fail. One of my favorite hidden jewels . The balcony overlooking the market and the city was an outstanding place to have morning coffee.

We’re from Denver NC and my wife wanted to spend a few nights in Charleston SC for her birthday so I wanted to stay somewhere special. Based on all the reviews I saw I picked the French Quarter Inn and was so glad I did. From the champagne upon check-in to the warm cookies and milk each evening, it was a special time. They also had several GF options for my wife each morning for breakfast. We drove down in our Tesla and they had a very convenient charger that worked great to fill up our battery each evening. The staff were amazing and super friendly. Location was superb, right in the middle of many top restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this special place — we will be back!

Location was excellent never needed a car walked everywhere . Hotel was very nice. Great staff and the sister hotel Spectator bar had great night caps! Thank you
