HarbourView Inn

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Harbourview Inn in Charleston. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They have a nice happy hour also. It was a great time celebrating my birthday. Would definitely recommend staying here.

All around wonderful experience! Great location, within walking distance to harbor, Market Place, shopiing, dining, Rainbow Row and College of Charleston. Hotel was quiet, clean and rooms were comfortable and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel offers extras which were greatly appreciated including wine and cheese at 5, homemade cookies at 9pm, unlimited bottled water, candy, coffee and tea. Breakfast was excellent and (also included), and had a good variety of choices. There is also a roof deck that you can have breakfast, cocktails or just to relax and take in the view. Definitely will be back!

Outstanding experience. Balconette king room was superb and comfortable; very nice updated bath with a great dual shower set-up. Staff and service were excellent. Added touches were an excellent complimentary breakfast (off a varied menu) served either in your room, the atrium, or rooftop terrace; a complimentary wine, cheese, and fruit buffet at 5PM; and the topper - complimentary freshly baked cookies and milk at 9PM. An outstanding boutique hotel - we'll be back.

We loved our stay at HarborView Inn! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, from the Valet, room service, housekeeping to the front desk. We enjoyed our stay so much so, that we decided to stay an extra night. We had to change rooms, but front desk staff was very helpful in helping us do so. HarborView Inn was the perfect location for us- lovely views of the harbor and easy to walk to great restaurants. The extra amenities provided by the hotel were top notch- from breakfast delivered to your room, to wine and cheese and cookies in the evening. We also took advantage of the bicycles available! We can’t wait to return to Charleston.

This was our second visit to Charleston as well as our second stay at the Harborview Inn. We liked it so much the first time we didn’t give a second thought to staying anywhere else this time. Everything about our stay was awesome. First and foremost is the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They could not have been nicer!! Our room and the view was spectacular. Somehow we scored the same room from 2 years ago and it was great. It was so clean and spacious as well as comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a beautiful view of the fountain and waterfront. It’s really unfortunate that a high end hotel has to be built right across the street blocking some of the view. This time around we had a chance to enjoy the roof top terrace and lookout over the city at night while enjoying a cake from Carmella’s…yum! I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. I will go back there again and again. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the perfect location with perfect accommodations. Again, every staff member was absolutely great!! They seem to enjoy their jobs which is rare.
