We traveled to Charleston for a night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and booked the Vendue. It was perfect. We had a glass of champagne upon arrival. The walls are lined with cool original art. When we came back from dinner at 167 Raw(highly recommend) there was a birthday card and bottle of champagne for my hubby! So sweet! In the morning there was a bag of goodies at the door- fruit and pastries, making breakfast so easy. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was so nice. We will definitely be back.

Such a great hotel and staff. I’m not sure if it’s part artistic of the design but the floor of the room had a curve and it felt pretty cool… noise passes easily through walls unless they are haunted. They have a great selection of modern artist and offer a free tour at 5pm. Their coffee at the lobby in the morning was pretty good. Thanks for a great experience in a beautiful historical building.

Such a fantastic hotel!! My 27 year old daughter and I went for 1 night, July 19-20. This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The champagne given at check in was a lovely touch. Nicholas checked us in and was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic as was the rooftop bar. The customer service and attention to detail was top notch. The location was perfect. I will definitely be back!

We came here to relax for two nights, both nights the fire alarm went off after midnight we had to get dressed to go downstairs for thefalse alarm. This is not a good place to go to unless you like, waking up in the middle of the night and getting dressed.
