The Vendue

The location could not be better. A few steps to the waterfront, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. One of our favorites across the street. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a must visit. The atmosphere and cool vibe is like no other hotel I have been in. The hotel Guest Experience Mgr. Matt Nall set up a perfect birthday theme room for my wife. Flowers, wine, balloons and chocolates. My wife loved it. Staff member Trinton gave me a personalized tour of the art collection and Braze with valet was always there to kindly assist. Great experience! We shall return.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and the decor is lovely. If you are sensitive to smells the lobby is strongly scented. We didn't think it was bad, its just very strong. We skipped the art showing, it was too much. Ask for a room on the front/street side of the hotel. The back faces a parking lot, trash bin pick up and loading zone fo the restaurant. The noise isn't constant, but can be loud and early. Asking for a front-facing room is best. There are a few 2-3 stair sets to pass in the hallway. One passes through a stairwll with heavy fire doors. Ask fo help the staff are great.

My husband and I stayed at the venue for a week. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very kind and attentive. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to go back the management team, Sara, Nicholas, Tristan Ella and Cameron went above and beyond. We truly recommend this hotel if you are going to Charleston and you want to have a wonderful experience, we certainly did.

Very unique hotel with major artwork everywhere. Location is close to great restaurants and sights like the Pineapple Fountain. Great little Rooftop Bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying for our 50th wedding anniversary and there was a bottle of sparkling wine in our room.

Stayed across the street at the Enclave. Dinner at Revival (so enjoyable and delicious. Dre was most hospitable. Both venues are awesome! Wonderful welcoming staff, lovely breakfast bag delivered to room in the morning. Keurig machines in the room, but coffee was right outside our door. The decor is lovely. Comfy beds. And the location is the best in the French Quarter! Will definitely be back....
