The Vendue

TLDR: The Vendue is an amazing hotel that I highly recommend for its location, atmosphere, amenities, and superb staff! My stay with my girlfriend at The Vendue was absolutely incredible, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve had in Charleston. The location alone is hard to beat, as it is just a one minute walk from the Pineapple Fountain and the beautiful Rainbow Row homes, while also being only a few blocks from King Street, the Charleston Market, and countless renowned restaurants such as Slightly North of Broad. One of the most unique parts of the hotel is the atmosphere. The art gallery is genuinely stunning and makes the entire hotel feel elegant, creative, and filled with character. Everywhere you turn feels like the perfect backdrop for selfies and group photos. The amenities made the stay (and made me) feel even more luxurious! The complimentary daily breakfast delivered right to my room each morning and the nightly cookies and milk each evening made me excited to wake up and go to sleep at The Vendue. Those perks made me feel completely spoiled the entire time! Most importantly though: While the hotel experience alone was beyond memorable, Juan (during the day) and Sarah (in the evenings) elevated the experience to another level. Their hospitality was exceptional, from friendly and engaging conversations to helpful local recommendations and accommodating all of my requests. They are the main reason why I will now highly recommend The Vendue as a must-stay hotel to all friends and family visiting Charleston.

It is an amazing experience staying at the Vendue. Being right in the center of Charleston historical district, the hotel is near by everywhere. Hotel provides a unique art gallery around every room. Friendly services, breakfast/sneaks provided daily. It is time and money well spent

First time in Charleston and it was absolutely fantastic! Noah, Sebastian, Nick and a gentleman who gave me a huge bag of ice every time I asked (can’t recall his name) were amazing! Macaroons and mini breakfast croissants were delicious. It’s very thoughtful for you all to do it since the hotel doesn’t have a breakfast option! Would love to stay here again! Location is perfect! Complimentary bikes is a great idea, as it saved us time and we were able to get everywhere in town! Room is very very clean and quiet! Towels were replaced every day. Atmosphere was very welcoming! The value is definitely worth it!
