Superior staff, nice pool, wonderful spa. But, skip Madisons (overpriced and poor service). Fortunately, there are several great dinner options right down the street. The spa is one of the best that we've experienced. The staff is super helpful, eepecially Bruce.

Although I have stayed at this lovely hotel many times in the past, I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the great Madison's Restaurant in the hotel who has always appreciated guests who return for a visit. Primarily, I wanted to discuss the special world class spa in the Inn. Without a doubt, it is one of the finest spas in America. As one of a group of women who annually make spa visits to great spa retreats across America - this tops them all. The space is large and is decorated in Mountain style with huge fireplaces, surrounded by comfortable seating areas, books, small gathering spaces and a enclosed deck area which allows spa guests to enjoy a light lunch before their treatments. I enjoyed massages, skin care, and hair salon privileges. Each of the staff is well trained and professional. I give them all high marks for a relaxing week.

We love OEI. We mentioned a couple of shortcomings in our "private" survey, but we will always come back. The Falls Cottages are the epitome of class, relaxation and romatcism. Madison's has improved greatly in the last four years and has some fun staff - Steven and Ismael being fine examples.

We really enjoyed the Old Edwards Inn and Spa. The hotel is old but tastefully updated. We stayed in room 10 in the old building. There was lots of room with a king size bed and two bathrooms. There was a balcony on each side of the room. The staff was helpful without being overbearing.

This is a quaint Old English hotel...can be pricey according to the room you choose. But very elegant, gracious and loved it! We atsyed in main building...no elevator in this building but bellman brought it all up to our room. The grounds are wonderful, staff is top notch.
