The perfect anniversary venue
The Old Edwards Inn and Spa met, and in many ways exceeded our expectations as an elegant and comfortable resort to celebrate our anniversary. The facility was well maintained and very clean in both the common areas and in the rooms. The service staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were abundant and provided outlets for relaxation, exercise, and exploration. The culinary experience was excellent, with a well balanced menu, prepared with care by an attentive chef and restaurant staff. My wife and I both agreed that we would return to The Old Edwards Inn again in the future.

Incredible stay!
Gorgeous hotel!! Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A welcome drink, fresh flowers, smiles and a wealth of information. We stayed in a spa suite which was absolutely beautiful!!! Nice large room that was beautifully appointed.

Quaint but not worth the wait and disinterest.
Very quaint looking hotel but their front desk staff is not accommodating in the least. We sat for 4 hours in the lobby and not once were we engaged by their staff or offered anything while we waited and they checked us in at 4:10PM!!!! Very overrated. It is like a smaller less friendly staffed Grove Park Inn.

Outstanding place to stay in Highlands NC
We stayed for 4 nights in a lodge suite. Perfect! It was across the road from the reception building. The service and amenities were terrific. The suite is recommended because there are several rooms and an outdoor enclosed porch. The setting is beautiful and it is in the middle of town. Parking is convenient and there is no need for a car once you arrive. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway in Western NC
Old Edwards Inn & Spa is a truly special property, with an elegant, welcoming ambiance and beautiful attention to detail throughout. The staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive, and we especially loved relaxing in the charming Wine Garden. The gorgeous spa was another highlight and made an already wonderful stay feel like a real escape.
