Major Disappointment
After years of wanting to come here, we finally were able to come here and celebrate our anniversary. Yes, it's overpriced for what you get. Very lacking in attention to detail and customer service. You are pretty much staying at a nicer version of a hampton inn for $850 a night. We won't be back.

Wonderful Stay
Beautiful hotel in great location. All the restaurants and bars are great. Wonderful spa. Loved it so much last year we visited again this year. The grounds are lovely.

Beautiful property and welcoming staff in the most wonderful location in Highlands! Always made our party of 10 welcomed and accommodated us in any setting. Highly recommend reserving the Wine Room for a private dinner.

Fantastic Getaway
We love this property! It is pure luxury from start to finish. And the location is great because you literally can wall to trailheads for great hikes, browse cute shops, and find great food without ever getting in your car. The Spa is awesome and only recommendation is take your time there and allow yourself to recharge and relax. The food on property is awesome and highly recommend all the venues.
