Great experience except two things
The overall experience was great. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was fantastic except two things. The fireplace glass was sooted making the flame not visible. It was reported to the front desk and someone wants to come on Sunday, but they did not take care of it. Also, the air conditioning took quite a long time to cool the room, but I did open the windows and that took care of that. Other than those two things, especially the fireplace ambience, the room was fantastic and the property was great.

Our stay at Old Edwards Inn was truly exquisite from start to finish. We stayed on property for our wedding, and every experience — from check-in to checkout — was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The level of service across the entire property is unmatched; every team member went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated and cared for. Our villa was spacious and stunning, with a gorgeous back patio, a bed that felt like a cloud, and a bathroom that was pure luxury — heated floors, plush towels, and the best shower I’ve ever experienced. Every amenity was thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Old Edwards Inn made our wedding weekend absolutely unforgettable, and we can’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate or relax.

Pampering & Nostalgia
Old Edwards Inn and Highlands NC is a special combination of nostalgia and high end pampering. OEI is really an incredible property. The hotel has every amenity you can ask for, all around the corner. The property is historic, taking you back to a simpler time. The staff are truly amazing! Food, cocktails, spa, fitness, golf, all incredible. A great romantic getaway. 100% recommend!

Special Getaway
The Old Edwards Inn and Spa is our favorite fall trip. We love the golf course, the spa and the attention to every detail. The restaurant Madison’s is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. It’s always a special trip/getaway.
