We made plans to head up to Jackson, NH to see the eclipse months in advance and after checking out most of the place we usually stay my wife and I thought we would finally give The Wentworth Inn a try. I have to say it was a great choice and we will be back soon. I could go on and on about how great the people of the Wentworth were and how clean the Inn was but giving an excellent rating says that already. Just the total feeling of the place during the eclipse rush made our two night stay so relaxing. The food at 1869 room was excellent and the staff were spot on that night. Breakfast the next two mornings hit the spot especially the one on Monday morning before our hour and a half plus drive to Dixville Notch. Now I'm not to sure if they always have free snacks and drinks on each floors pantries but between the cookies, homemade ice cream, Fox Family Chips, along with the morning's goodies. The homemade ice cream was my diner Monday night because by the time we got back to Jackson there was nothing open, so it was a win for me. lol. It's a place that you will defiantly have to stay at.

Had a great stay here. Everything was fantastic, from the food and service to the inn. Nicely located in Jackson, NH. Great local village feel and some nice spots to visit along the way. Stayed in the main house which was convenient to the inn. Will be coming back!!!!

The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed, with daily cleanings. Food was delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly.

We stayed at the Wentworth and took advantage of the Romance Package to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the building and how well preserved this historical site was just gorgeous. We had one of the Fairfield Suites and enjoyed it to the fullest. There was a shared pantry for the Suites with something for everyone from salty to sweet, coffee to tea, soda to juice. And the FOOD! Homemade granola to die for, amazing breakfasts and a dinner were enjoyed at the on site 1869 Room. We could easily see why there were regulars arriving by Sunday morning for brunch being welcomed by the friendly staff there. If you are heading to the White Mountains for any of the many attractions, Story Land, Mount Washington, skiing, water falls, etc. it is absolutely the place to stay for everyone. We simply cannot recommend and rave enough and most definitely will be back.

I would absolutely recommend The Wentworth to anyone traveling to the North Conway area. It's located about 20 minutes from the outlets, so it's an easy drive but far enough out to be a bit quieter and calmer. Also an easy drive to hiking in the White Mountains. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and the food is consistently excellent. Definitely recommend booking a breakfast and dinner package if you can!
