Glendeven Inn Mendocino

Beautiful, dreamy property close to a gorgeous beach and state park with many trails. The in-room breakfasts, the llamas, the chickens and the unique layout of the cottages and houses make this a really magical and relaxing stay. Very close (by car) to Mendocino and the beaches and hikes to the north as well. A real gem!

Perfect place for a relaxing get away in charming Mendocino. Inn is beautifully decorated and had working fireplace in room. Hiking trails right outside hotel after you walk by the chickens and llamas. Greeted by friendly staff and a warm cookie. Fresh breakfast made to order and delivered to your room.

The place itself was fantastic. So beautiful and a really laid back vibe in general. The workers were all awesome too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's remotely in to their mission driven purpose.

The location was amazing. The staff were so helpful. The food is delish. My only complaint is there is no AC in the rooms, and our room was 78 degrees when we got there. They gave us two fans which helped.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location was great and had easy walkable access to coastal trails and to Van Damme state park. The check in process was very simple and had clear instructions on finding our room amongst all the cottages. The breakfast was amazing every single morning, and they were accommodating of my partner’s egg allergy and provided delicious alternatives. What truly made the experience so much more memorable and personal was the staff we met throughout: Monse, Antonia, Luis and Jack were an absolute joy and truly took the time to make our trip extra special by giving us local recommendations, telling us about the history of SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm, and taking us to interact with the llamas. We cannot wait to come back and hope to see them (and all the chickens) again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
