Situated along California's rocky Mendocino Coast, a windswept destination located three hours north of San Francisco, is the charming Glendeven Inn Mendocino. This luxury ocean view farmstead, in all its gabled glory, is a delightful destination located in the hamlet of Little River. Rooms in the main house are inviting with antique beds, beamed ceilings and wondrous views. A separate board and batten annex known as Stevenscroft contains a quartet of spacious suites warmed by romantic fireplaces coupled with ocean views. The Carriage House contains a single Grand Suite, with a spacious 750-square-foot floor plan replete with roomy sleigh bed, a pair of fireplaces, private balcony and bathroom with a double-headed shower for tandem bathing.

Amazing stay but even better customer service!
We had a great staycation time here! Our room had its own outdoor deck. Breakfast was amazing and it was delivered to our room. Free Tesla charging was clutch! I want to give a shout out to Nicole, she was very accommodating and she took me to feed the Llamas with her. She is an asset to your to company and I highly suggest this place in Mendocino! Thank you

Perfect Getaway for a couple
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will come back again. The breakfast in the room was a sweet touch. They change daily in offering. The free cookies were another sweet touch. My wife and I loved we could feed the chickens and see the llamas right on the property. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a getaway. Oh, it’s also cute that they reserve a parking spot and put your name out on the sign. Then day of when it’s time to leave, it says safe travels. Love this place.

Choose your room carefully
Stay away from the “Garret” room if you are over 5’8’. Upon opening your door to the room you are met with a set of stairs, the bath mirror and shower are for short people only See pics below.

Lovely Farm Experience
It was such a lovely experience! Close to hiking trails and easy walk to a quiet beach. My son enjoyed petting the llamas and feeding the chickens. The pizza at the restaurant is also very tasty :)

This place was just what I needed! It was my first time to Mendocino and I so happy to have found Glendeven. How great it was not to hear cell phones and TV noise. We enjoyed our walks to the coast and seeing the birds, rabbits and deer. I hope to be back many times in my life. What a treat it is for body, mind and soul.
