So I just want to say thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. Carrie, Blair, Shirlee and Laura were all there to help whenever we needed. I really wanted to have a wonderful time and Carrie took so much time out to help me plan my days to make sure I got the most out of Napa since it was our first trip here. To start with the bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful and very homey. We stayed in one of the back cottages which I particularly enjoyed because the privacy and it was very relaxing. Everyone greeted you with a smile and we really enjoyed spending time with others and the owners for wine hour from 5:00-6:00 in the evening. They play so close attention to detail and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I also want to thank the chef because the food was absolutely amazing and you left completely full for the day of wine tasting. It is very easy walk to downtown and a close drive to all that Napa has to offer. It is a great location. You're also very helpful in helping us ship are wine home and got a safe and sound. :) Thanks again-Michele and Tim

We had a fabulous time at the Inn! Our group of 4 couples was traveling to Napa to celebrate mine and my husband's 50th birthdays. We were greeted warmly by Blair with an introductory glass of wine followed by a tour of the Inn. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and served with homemade biscuits, muffins, and fresh fruit daily. We loved the evening wine and cheese hour and enjoyed meeting the other guests at the Inn. Carrie and Blair made everyone feel so welcomed. They also offered great advice on restaurants and wineries. The location of the Inn is perfect too...and an easy walk to many of the restaurants as well as Oxbow Market. I can't say enough and will definitely come back again. Thank you to the owners for making our stay extra special!

We had a great stay at 1801 First. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast delicious and the wine and appetizer gathering every evening appreciated! We loved the location, about a 10-15' walk to downtown. We also found their advice on wineries and restaurants to be spot on. Carrie and Blair have a elegant Inn with caring and knowledgable staff that made our time in the Napa Valley pretty much perfect!

Our group of 16 had the whole inn. We were greeted warmly by Carrie who took care of our every need. The Inn is a charming, old Napa home with large rooms and 2 separate garden suites. The wine hour on the lovely outside patio area was such a treat. A perfect spot for conversation. The breakfasts were excellent and creative. Some of the best we've ever had. Served promptly and hot, typically with 3 delicious choices. The location is a 15 min walk to the downtown restaurant district in Napa. Perfect!

Fabulous stay in an excellent location. Close to everything. Beautiful Inn, warm and cozy and the decor was impressive. Each room had a flair all it's own. Owners, Carrie and Blair, along with Shirlee and Laura are exactly what you are hoping for when you book an Inn in Napa. All were friendly, fun and extremely helpful! We were there with 3 other couples and it truely was a memorable experience! The evening wine and cheese hour was always a great time. The Port wine offered in the main sitting area was a classy touch. Breakfast each morning was Outstanding. Can not say enough. Hope to make it back soon! Ralph and Nicole C.
