This was our second stay at Allison. Condition of the property is outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and the staff understands hospitality.

The Allison Hotel and spa is a rare gem. The rooms lack nothing for luxury and the staff members are genuine and attentive to customer service. The spa is world class as well. The surrounding landscaping is beautiful and inviting for walks, and the culinary experience was exceptional.

We absolutely love staying at the Allison each time we visit Willamette Valley. We have even brought numerous friends to stay and enjoy the property as well. The service is always exceptional and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Fabulous destination hotel, in an epic wine region. The mattress was a bit more squishy than I would like. Great restaurant. Lots of amazing options and the food is perfectly prepared. My ONE complaint— and this is a big one— the coffee is not up to par. The brand they use is terrible tasting (as bad or worse than Starbucks). I know that some folks complained about the noise of the espresso machine. I don’t care about that. I suggest that they consider a special pourover option— and training for the barista. It can be at an up charge. And definitely use other coffee. I suggest a Good Coffee in Portland (NOT Caravan).
