Our experience at The Chanler was none other than superb. From the accommodations, to the bar, restaurant, staff, vibe and views, it was exceptional. The staff were amazing and not stuffy or, pretentious. They were friendly and so professional. They are committed to making sure you have an excellent experience. Bravo!!

The Chanler is "it" for first class attention to detail in a beautiful establishment. Location, rooms, staff and food are all top shelf. Cara should have a Michelin rating.

We just loved the Chanler! We were originally a bit nervous bringing our 5 year old and worried it wouldn't be the best for a family hotel. Boy, we were wrong! Upon arrival, they had welcome champagne for us and a shirley temple for our little guy. They knew us and called him by his name the entire stay...which he thought was "super cool"! What stands out here is the impeccable service. Christina, Paige and Craig were all wonderful, to name a few. We enjoyed the complimentary Cadillac service to the wharf area each night and Craig was a delight. We stayed in English Trellis and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, evening chocolates and toffee. The property is gorgeous overlooking cliff walk. The Chanler exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in, until the moment we checked out - every experience was beyond our expectations. Every staff member went out of their way to acknowledge you when they saw you and asked if you needed anything. The food and drinks were just fantastic. The 5 star rating is seen in everything they do! We can't wait to return again and again.
